Took my meater plus to get checked out.The experience of entering the shop was 10/10.The staff were very understanding and listened to my issue.
They then went about checking the meater plus. On finding it wasn’t connecting offered me a replacement ,no questions asked

Quality products and excellent customer service. Value is great for the price. The Warringah mall store had friendly and knowledgeable staff who always want to help in your best interest. Jeremy was particularly customer focused and happy to help me and took care of all from delivery to aftercare advice, seamlessly.

Ordered a barbecue, unfortunately a side burner was not in stock. As a gesture they waived the installation fee and promised to send the side burner within a month.
To our surprise, they all came together just a few days later. We are very impressed, the shop staff managed to pull that off. We will definitely be back for all of our bbq needs.
