Lovely girls who are great at ear piercing, including cartilage at a great price.

Giving this place no stars (Can’t actually give anything below a 1). I had my 8 year old daughter’s ears pierced at Lovisa Warriewood and was appalled by our experience. Firstly, we had to wait while an employee ran to the nearest supermarket to purchase hand sanitiser. One of the workers took the time to sanitise her hands and put on gloves only to use her gloved hands to scrap her hair away from her face before piercing my daughter’s ears. The wrong earrings were put into my daughter’s ears and when I told them this there was no acknowledgment of the error only that the gun is “pre-loaded” with the earrings. Exactly one week and one day later my daughter has had to have one earring removed and is now on a course of antibiotics as it is so badly infected. Only after we had ears pierced here did I hear multiple horror stories from other people who have all had their ears pierced at Lovisa. Go anywhere but this place!
