Monique took such great care of me. The room, bed and atmosphere is very calming. You can tell that all the natural products she uses are carefully selected. I had the sculpting lifting facial and it was such a wonderful experience, my skin is still looking fabulous days afterward. Looking forward to coming again soon!

Monique, from Nourish Health Clinic was recommended to me by a friend as I was looking for someone who does skin needling. I'm so glad I have found her as Monique has proved to be one of the best therapists I have met. Monique knows her stuff and knows/uses the best products on the market to help address my skin care needs. I also love the fact that Monique directs me on my skincare journey without being pushy or forceful in any way and doesn't push products etc. Monique has always gone the extra mile for me and done a fantastic job with needling. I have begun to notice that my scars have decreased in depth but not only that, my wrinkles too have become less pronounced - I have specifically noted that the nasolabial folds are less pronounced post treatments.

I absolutely loved the facial Monique gave me this morning. Monique is super friendly and tailored the facial to my needs. The room was warm and inviting and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The heated bed made me feel so relaxed. The natural products Monique used smelled divine. The LED light treatment was relaxing and now my skin feels so supple and nourished. The chakra cleansing was really special and I left feeling super relaxed and happy. Highly recommended.

A blissful experience from beginning to end! Monique created a tailored skincare treatment that has left my skin plump and glowing. Her gentle, calm and nurturing approach created a state of total relaxation. The treatment space is absolutely gorgeous and every little detail has been thought of to make you feel truly pampered.

Wow!!! What can I say - Monique is wonderful. I had my first treatment with her today and it was one of the best facial treatments I've had in my life. Monique was empathetic to my skin concerns, we talked through my skin history before proceeding with a lovely foot scrub. I had the signature facial with an LED light therapy treatment, followed by a lovely hand and shoulder massage. It was luxurious and so relaxing. Honestly I could not recommend her highly enough. Monique is also a reiki practitioner, naturopath and will be a full fledged nutritionist by the end of next year so I was completely comfortable and confident with her. I left an hour and a half later with a skin brightening serum sample to help with my pigmentation, after a lovely cup of chamomile tea and a collagen beauty bite. What an experience - am booking in for another 10,000 sessions! Thank you Monique!

Monique is exceptional. Her attention to detail and passion for health and skin is evident in her every action. She assessed my individual skin needs and we chose a treatment that suited me. I felt incredibly relaxed and absolutely cared for. Her calming but firm touch, during the Sculptural Lifting facial, was amazing. And I love that all of her products are full of natural goodness and no nasties. I left feeling gorgeous and glowing!

First of all, Monique is the most beautiful woman, gorgeous energy and so welcoming. Instantly felt relaxed and calm before even starting the magnificent facial. Wonderfully calm, cosy environment with birds chirping outside the window. The empress facial was beyond divine - double cleanse, enzyme mask, crystals, reiki and all of the most gorgeous smelling lotions and oils. My skin feels like silk and I am so relaxed. A treatment with Monique is the perfect way to unwind, recenter and treat yourself during this time (also super covid safe). Easily one of the best facial or skin treatments I have ever had! I walked in with patchy, dull skin and walked out absolutely glowing! I have never seen my skin so soft and dewy. Monique completely tailored the treatment to me and my skin type, taking on board any concerns I had. I had the Empress Facial with LED light treatment and walked out relaxed and happy, with all my stress well and truly gone. I will definitely be going back for regular appointments, such a treat 😊

As soon as you enter the treatment room all the stresses of the day melt away. The energy of the space, the plush, soft and cuddly blankets, the relaxing aromas all make drifting off to relaxation mode instantaneous. Mons’, gentle, nurturing nature fills your cup energetically and physically. I had the most divine blueberry smoothie facial and also some reiki. My skin was glowing and energy revitalised. I felt like I floated out of there. Such a wonderful experience, can’t wait to come back.

Monique has such a lovely nature and caring way about her. I felt in very safe hands as soon as I arrived. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I'd happily recommend her and look forward to my next visit!

Monique provided me with a herbal treatment for exhaustion and immunity. The herbs, though working more subtly than standard medication, provided a stable improvement and they also tasted great!
