Ive had a dreadful experience trying to buy rotors and brake pads from AUTOMOTIVE SUPERSTORE at castle hill so far they have supplied me with six incorrect rotors and one set of brake pads Ive just ordered from Matt the correct ones Matt thank you its good to see there are still decent and competent people about.Ps i would give more stars if i could

Service was outstanding. I was looking at purchasing a set of roof racks for my new Van. They ended not being compatible for my vehicle as a previous customer had tried with no luck. I was called back promptly to let me know that the configuration I was about to order would not work and was then given a contact for a possible company that would be able to fit a custom system. Now that is great service thanks once again for your help and will continue to shop with you.

The staff here are always super helpful and friendly. I know nothing about cars so it's nice that the staff are happy to share their knowledge. Can't recommend them enough.

I would just like to call out one of your staff members named Andy. I cannot fault him to one tee, he was Absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond for service today, we was more than patient when we were there for the last 2 hrs, although the store doesn’t do installs on the weekend, he Basicially stood outside most of the time helping install roof racks because we struggled ourselves. Understand the store was corporate but Ideally we would like to do something for him for his customer service skills and being an amazing staff member ,if We can please organise something for him, a gift of something and i will be happy to foot the bill up to $100

Outstanding staff, great spot, everybody's very helpful, i ordered a new mirror when somebody smashed mine off. Ordered it after they closed because they stayed open for me, it arrived and was fitted by 1030-1100 the following morning. Great people

Had a great shopping experience here. The guy who looked after us was really helpful, understood what we wanted, helped put it together and friendly. Very happy we went here instead of bought online... we got a custom solution perfect for our needs.

Geoff served me. His service was fantastic. He helped me by installing my roof pod. It's rare to find such service anymore. Well done Geoff and autobarn. The click and collect also really simple to use.

Friendly staff. Good variety of goods for most cars, SUVs, Caravans. Prices are mostly cheaper than Supercheap.
