At the end of 2021, I moved overseas and entrusted my beloved house to Household Properties for management. Over the past two years, this company has demonstrated exceptional management skills. Firstly, they meticulously screened and evaluated tenants, finding highly reliable and quality tenants for my house. This ensured that my property was well-maintained, and the tenants maintained harmonious relationships with the neighbors, reflecting good manners, which I am very satisfied with. Secondly, regarding the daily maintenance and repairs of the house, Household Properties has been very timely and provided excellent service, always arranging reliable and reasonably priced tradies to complete the repairs promptly.

What impressed me the most was during an unusual storm in Sydney at the beginning of 2022, which caused water damage to the flooring. My Property Manager, Phil, professionally and responsibly handled the insurance claims and compensation, arranged for the flooring replacement, and brought in a plumber to assess and repair the rainwater drainage pipes and pits, minimizing my losses. Being far away from Sydney, I felt very reassured and deeply grateful for this.

Phil and his team are also very timely and considerate in their communication with both owners and tenants, providing professional advice on many issues and always considering the customers' best interests. Last year, my pool cleaning company made an error in the invoice (Even I didn't notice this error). Phil's colleague quickly spotted the mistake and had it corrected by the company. Such diligent agents are really rare.

Having used several property management agents before, I feel that this company is the most reliable and professional. Notably, their property management fees are very affordable, lower than other property management companies, yet their service quality is not compromised at all. It is truly a boutique company, and I highly recommend them.

Phil and Noemi are the most professional and competent property managers we have ever dealt with. Communication is great. Phil and Noemi have gone above and beyond when it comes to managing my investment property over the last 3 years. Even when the rental market is tough they somehow manage to find a willing tenant. They must have built good relationships with the tenants too, as I have not received any complaints so far and the tenants have generally stayed on longer term.
