Totally unprofessional service. Rented a house for Christmas break and when we got to pick up the keys, our house wasn't even ready to check in. The Agent called Lisa drove us around the town looking for the key. Once in the house, we realized that it wasn't even cleaned and the Fridge wasn't working! Lots of food ready for Christmas even got ruined. We had to use eskys to keep the food cold and we were promised to be reimbursed for the ice spent, which 2 month later the agent hasn't even pay. Suggest avoiding this branch by all means.

Lisa was the most unprofessional realestate agent we have ever dealt with to purchase a property, we have brought and sold a few times over the years and we still cannot believe this women is still in business.
* Lisa still owes us money from over 12 months ago.
* We rang, emailed left messages and got lied to many times. She told us many times she transferred the money, made excuses she had the wrong account details, we heard it all.
* After buying a property that was tenanted Lisa didn’t complete the paperwork correctly in regards to rental price.
* On hand over we got two sets of keys left for us over 15 keys on each set of which 4 keys were for our property.
* I had to call and pay for a lock smith as the front screen door lock was broken and the back door key was bent.
* We got no congratulations on purchasing the property or anything.

Be very careful of booking holiday accommodation with this agent.
After staying in the same property at Easter for 2 years - we rebooked on departure in 2022 to be told there would be a price rise and we could pay the deposit once the new price was known.
After many phone calls and emails confirming our booking, along with several face to face visits, we were advised one week prior to Easter 2023 that we didn’t have a booking. This advice was only given when our organiser went there again to attempt to pay for the property.
We believe our group of 10 would probably have arrived with all our stuff and been advised when we attempted to collect the key.
No other options were available to suit our group configuration at one week’s notice so some friends had to miss out.
I definitely wouldn’t trust my property to such an unprofessional agency and would never book accommodation with them again.

If your looking to throw away your money in management fees, Then Lisa Dale and her team are the experts in property mismanagement.
Constant unanswered emails and phone calls. Withholding funds from landlords and best of all, putting in bad tenants under fraudulent
agreements. and references. The best kicker is failing to give orders from tribunal to tenants.I should have listened to the community to stay right away from the real estate. Not to mention loosing landlords keys, and failing to to final inspection and leaving the hose wide open

Having your first rental property should be an exciting experience and you have faith knowing that you’re in good hands. Not with these people, the blatant mis management of a property to the point where it was absolutely trashed is heartbreaking. Do not go through this business, find someone with integrity and someone you can trust.

Absolutely appalling service, we accidentally overpayed the recent accommodation amount. Trying to get the money back from them is like getting blood from a stone. Repeated phone calls and emails bring no results at all as they say that the principle is away and she controls the money. Well welcome to online banking people. I had to give one star but that is way too many. Avoid them like the plague.

Very disappointing service! We were very keen to view a business for sale so I emailed agent. No response. Called and was assured Council had zoned the property for what we wanted to do with it. Made appt to meet there, and docs emailed to us clearly showed the agent's info to me on the phone was incorrect. We still wanted to see it so drove for 2 hours, to be met by a property manager who, while lovely, knew nothing about it. We told her we were still v. keen and she promised the agent would call Monday. We're still waiting. I'm glad she's not selling my house!!!

Where to start? Not worth your time to even inquire regarding anything to do with real estate, their communication skills are lacking as well as their professionalism and pride to do the right thing by their tenants. And this 1 star should be 0 as even a 1 star is to high, very disappointing that time was wasted with them.

I’ve never met someone so rude and unprofessional in my whole entire life. I’m shocked how Lisa has her real estate license when she cannot deal with clients. Avoid this agency. Shame on you Lisa
