On Sunday my 6 year old kelpie cross dingo Rusta was acting strange so we checked and found not just one but 5 paralysis ticks on him
It was 10 am on a Sunday and this beautiful vet dropped what he was doing and came in to help save our boy. He did an amazing job and I was able to bring rusta back to his loving family to recover. If it wasn’t for this man rusta most likely would have succumbed to the nasty ticks. Forever grateful ❤

Can't speak highly enough of Dave & his staff, had an incident on the weekend with our 9 month old pup consuming rat bait, Dave was extremely caring & reassuring she would be ok, thank god he was on duty & able to administer the necessary treatment, thanks so much Dave & please keep up the great work

I found Michelle very nice at Reception and also helpful ,the Vet was also very experienced, he did all the expected Examinations on my vomiting Corgi, gave the correct sound advice and treatment,, no further action was required

The terrific staff are always extremely polite, helpful & my furbaby is always extremely well looked after. In 6yrs I have not had a negative experience with this clinic, 5/5!!! For subsidised$ emergency care, please contact the Animal Welfare League. Keep up the great work!

Love it here. David and his staff have been taking care of our dogs for 12+ years now. They know them all by name and their ongoing issues. Plus their prices are beyond amazing. I literally travel from Newcastle to Forster just so my girls can see them. No matter how many silly questions I ask or how embarrasing my dogs can be, its always responded to with kindness and knowlege. There are a lot of Vets in Forster, but no one compares to David and his team. Would 200% recommend!

My wife and I took our very ill old precious cat to Dave and his team when our regular vet was too busy to assist. They did a terrific job. They cared and gave him and us their best. Dave is a great vet and great communicator, which is important for pet owners. Our dear old cat is nearly out of the woods and still with us thanks to Dave. Dave is now our regular vet!

Dave is a great vet who does everything he can to ensure the best for your pets, whether it's cats or dogs, chickens even, and will always put your pets in their best interest. The ladies at the front desk are awesome and will make sure your furry or feathery pets get the best love and attention.

I have been a few times to this vet and have constantly been impressed by how professional and knowledgeable the team are. Great service, even went out of their way to help me on a Sunday. They never over charged me so I like that too! Definitely recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say. Caring, friendly, helpful,can't think of word but good at there chosen career, have had money problems over the years and always accommodate . Dave A1 Kath A1 Tina A1. My latest dog can't get in the door, cries and carries on till she sees everyone. I'm not the easiest person in the world but they're.alway friendly and helpful. Give them a go you'll love them. Never in a rush. Old fashion service.

Kind staff and they are amazing with dogs.

I had to take my beautiful girl Roxy (Staffy) in due to an ear infection that had turned into Meningitis even though the vet (who was fantastic) tried everything to save her it was not to be. The whole process was made so much easier with the vet and staff being so empathetic and respectful of our wishes. Couldn't recommend them any more highly.

I highly recommend Cape Hawke Veterinary practice. Everyone in the practice are both caring and professional. Dr Dave is an excellent vet, offering both conventional medicines and a homoeopathic approach in his treatments.

Caring & professional staff especially Cassandra .... What ever your pet is having done, everything is explained to you. Highly recommended.
