Queen Elizabeth II Playground

Very nice centrally located playing park for kids where they can experience of nature with all the ducks and swans that come closer looking for something to eat swimming in the river.

Simple family friendly place. Kids will like the water area while parents having a chat or looking at their phones.

Queen Elizabeth park is beautiful! It has a great play area with BBQ's and seating, with cover and beautifully maintained greens with a 360 walk path around our river .

Nice playground with multiple slides and challenging climbing-structure.. close to water, toilets and shops.

Great place to relax in the evening sun with the kids and puppy in tow. Good facilities with drink fountains, toilets and seating, plenty of grass and a waterpark!

Lots of fun for the kids. The free water play area is great, especially with the shaded bench seating for the adult people.

Council has outdone itself with beautifying our public spaces. This has a great covered play area for the kids, BBQ facilities, public toilets, right by the river. Great place for a family picnic and right across the road from the main shopping area in town. You can also take a stroll on towards the low level bridge, council have just opened a pedestrian bridge making it easier to cross, then walk along the lovely tree lined open space to the park on the other side, if you continue to walk along the river, you can cross again at the suspension bridge and follow the lovely tree lined path back to QE park. Been here recently. Nice and clean. You could play with ducks and swans if u have kids. Park has slides and climb play stuff for kids. Has a fountain, toilets and lake side. Close to riverside plaza. Has barbeque as well. Good stop for a picnic and evenings are best suited to go.

The park is very relaxing for everyone. The kids can play in the field as well as can dance in the water. The elderly can relax by sitting by the lake. The lake view is very relaxing. Also it have small BBQ place.

A newly refurbished park by the river with excellent facilities. Covered children's play area and water park. Toilets. Seating and picnic tables. Four electric barbeques. Areas of open grass, plus shaded areas and access to pathway along river.

Great park for the kids, water features and play equipment. Close to the shops with well maintained lawns and an easy place to kick back and enjoy family time.

Clean, simple and comfortable. There is a place for people to sit and grill barbecue, playground for kids, and pathway near the river to walk the dog or just work out.

I love this park - the play equipment is great and in excellent condition, there's a fun water play area, and the the location is both really convenient and really lovely, right next to the river.
