The staff, Marianne in particular, was incredibly helpful and professional. Marianne met us with their free truck and driver service on time and took great care with our goods. The facility is clean and secure. Highly recommended!

I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time.

Rent-a-space provided a free truck and a time allotment for me to transport my belongings to their facility. The driver showed up on time and was very pleasant. Whilst, the driver could not help us with loading the truck, he was able to provide advice on how to load items and tied them down. The truck is fitted with a lift to save your back! This service saved a significant amount of money and hassle.

I had originally booked a smaller unit, but realised I needed a bigger space. The team were able to organise a new unit for me in the time it took to load and transport my belongings.

When I arrived at the storage facility, I signed the new paperwork and was provided with the lock I had purchased. The team at reception brought me over a coffee while I was packing the unit (a lovely touch). We were able to unload the truck very quickly. As the team had heavy duty trolleys ready.

Great fresh and clean facilities and amazing and very professional staff member Marianne. Marianne has gone beyond her call of duty to supply such caring and quick service to me and is never shy to get me a nice cold bottle of water as well which in my book is simply amazing.

Although it was my first time renting a self-storage space, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I had many worries since I had to move my belongings by myself. However, when the truck arrived right on time with Elliot's kind and friendly instructions, I started to think that maybe this is not as bad an experience as I had worried so much. I loved moving my life in boxes to Rent A Space. The customer service was so warming respectful & 10+ Both Elliot & Maryanne at the new Queanbeyan site went above & beyond for me whenever I had a query. Signing up was smooth & easy - the facility was brand new & it was a breath of fresh air. My unit was clean, new in the perfect location at the facilty for ease of regular access & entering & exiting the facilty was simple & easy to do. I felt secure in their custodianship of my life in boxes. My stuff was in storage for 2 years plus & it spent the last 6 month with rent a space - So Great! A very happy customer - shout out to Elliot! Best customer service EVER!

I'd never used a storage facility before, but Marianne and her team made it easy to understand the process. They were fun and very welcoming, offering me a great coffee in a branded keep cup! It's a great, relatively new and very clean place and I would highly recommend it.

Incredibly impressed. We've stored our excess items at a number of places over the years, in Australia and overseas and our move-in experience at Rent-a-Space in Queanbeyan was above and beyond. Better than anything we've seen before. The level of care that's gone into keeping the location clean, shiny and dust-free immediately removed any concerns we had about the safety of our items. The staff who arranged our move-in (Elliot & Maryanne) couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and made us feel very welcome. The free use of a box trailer (whose quality matched that of the facility - nothing like the beat-up old trailers Bunnings rents!) was a very nice touch. A breath of fresh air compared to other self-storage providers. Thanks all!

On every occasion I saw them , all of the staff were super helpful and went out of their way to help.
The facility is immaculate and purpose built.
I am recommending this business to everyone .
Oh and their packing boxes are the best quality of any we tried . ( and we tried many )
