Crown Kitchens and Joinery

We love our new kitchen from Crown Kitchens and Joinery. They talked through all the designs, worked with our other building teams and installed a kitchen that is functional and beautiful. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. We definately will be getting them to do our walk in robe and any other joinery in the future.

A pleasure to deal with Paco and team. We had a new kitchen installed in 2018 and it went without a hitch. Great communications and workmanship.

Last year we had a built desk and office space made and installed by Crown Kitchens in a tricky space. Paco made it work though and we are very happy with the result. Again very professional team to work with.

Crown Kitchens and Joinery designed and installed my kitchen over 10 years ago. Since then I have appreciated their design skills and my Kitchen's fraction on a mm installation accuracy. There has been no problems with all the cabinets and drawers. Also the benchtop has remained in perfect condition and all joints have maintained perfect alignment.

We're very happy with the kitchen Crown designed with us and then built and installed. They were very patient with us when we made changes and gave excellent advice on design features we were considering. We are extremely happy with the finished product and the customer service they provided. The young chaps who did most of the installation were also excellent, able to think for themselves, solve unexpected problems and keep us informed of what was going on.

Crown Kitchens and Joinery designed and installed our kitchen in 2017 and we cannot recommend them highly enough! During the design process all of the small details that we would never have thought of ourselves were flagged and discussed and the design was cleverly worked out to make perfect use of the space that we had. We were getting an extension at the same time and Crown Kitchens worked with our builder to ensure that details were correct and to plan timing of installation. Communication was excellent and the finished product is perfect.

We engaged Crown Kitchens for our kitchen renovation with our own design and aesthetics. Paco and the team excelled in execution and the quality is faultless. The whole team is courteous , efficient and thoughtful.

Crown installed a beautiful kitchen for us recently. They are a family run business and are relatively small but still have a show room at their workshop in queenbeyan. Stayed in touch throughout the whole process coordinated all the other tradies for us. Highly recommend them

Just had my kitchen done by Crown Kitchens and I loooooooove it. The staff were all friendly and easy to deal with. Nothing was too hard. The ladies in the office were so helpful and were fast at organising all the appointments needed.

Also love that the father and son have the same name (Paco) and the 3 ladies in the office Mum, Daughter and Paco Jnrs partner are called Isabel. CRAZY!

We had our kitchen installed in January by crown kitchen and could not be happier. It is exactly what we wanted and was installed when they said it would be. They guys were all a pleasure to deal with and very professional.

Crown Kitchens installed our kitchen at Nicholl, ACT in 2014. The kitchen still looks good overall and functions well. HOWEVER, Crown left some details unfinished, and the kick boards were fitted with chips along the bottom edge. The owners went overseas on vacation and never returned to completely finish the job. While we love our kitchen we have not been able to recommend Crown to friends and family. The Crown team was friendly and pleasant to deal with but more attention to post-sales customer satisfaction would be good for business!

Do not bother with this company, they do not value their customers and have very poor after market service, once they get your money they move on and are not interested in any after installation support. Require replacement parts or replacement panels, good luck! they don't even bother if they consider it 'small', you are on your own. The wait time for them is excessive (i believe they do this on purpose for small jobs to get you to move on) and they don't stick to their promises i.e. don't turn up when they promise. The staff are all over the place. Crown Kitchen's are all about themselves and what they can get out of you.
