Domino's Pizza Queanbeyan

11/10 customer service. Messed up a pizza so called to say they were remaking so will be a bit longer. Still came wrong so I called and they had the right pizza delivered with a free drink and free pizza to redeem in store. All the staff i spoke to were super friendly and apologetic. Pizza was hot and delicious. They went above and beyond.

I have had Dominos delivered about 10 times in the past few months and every single time without fail I have had great food and amazing drivers

Pizza quality and service really top notch here lately. Even when u pop in and can see your name on the screen with time remaining someone asks your name anyway to make sure. Toppings are loaded on thick and even. Keep it up guys you've really turned this place around.

Fast and friendly service. Pizzas were very good. Definitely will be going back.

Update: Dominos Queanbeyan has improved so much these last few months. I'm proud to say that I am now a regular customer. Thanks!

Fast and good customer service. Haven't had a hassle so far. Plenty of parking available & convenient location. It's just designed to be a takeaway place, so can't expect more than 2 small tables for dining in.

Tonight we order 2 x Extra Large Pizzas with the new 'Deeper Deep Pan Base'. The Online System allowed the order to occur/proceed and when we got home discovered the pizzas were 'very thin' and not 'Deeper Deep Pan' at all. I returned to the store to make a complaint and was greeted at the counter by the Franchisee/Owner of the store.

The Franchisee took the time to explain that 'Extra Large' pizzas can only be ordered on a 'Classic Crust'.

Despite the error and incorrect order occurring outside of his/his stores control, he ordered two new replacement pizzas for me, for free! Further, he offered to keep my existing pizzas warm and to keep them.

This store was incredibly impressive with how they identified the problem, took responsibility (when they didn't have too) and rectified it on the spot without fuss.

We are incredibly happy customers and will definately be back.

Pizzas were really tasty. Service was very friendly and prompt. Car parking was very difficult. Would be ok if you drove a small car, not a lot of space for turning or reversing. get pizza from here regularly. Very consistent and decent for such a cheap takeaway! Great online ordering. If you are a Seafood lover then a must have is the Prawn and Garlic Pizza with Cheezy Crust. Also the Meat lover's is fantastic. Yum.

It's open till late, one of the few options for late night food in Queanbeyan. It's budget friendly and pizzas are great too. Spicy veg supreme and cheesy garlic bread are my favourites.
