Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! I rang before I went in to see if they had my cat's special dietary biscuits, and they kindly held them for me until I could drive across to pick up that afternoon!

Visited today with my partner and our cat and dog. The staff was so so happy to see our pets and pampered them with cuddles and treats! Staff were super attentive and Kayla and the lovey manager helped us find all the fun toys for the boys and even threw in a cheeky discount! Thanks so much ladies!

The staff here are always so welcoming and friendly. They have helped me with my naughty dogs countless times when I take them for a bath.

Perfect customer service and if you’re a member prices and rewards become so much better. Came in today to find a few items for my dog but I was very unfamiliar as to what I was looking for, a gentleman named Bayley helped me out, gave me demonstrations, explanations and also alternatives. His customer service was 10/10! ✨

Great service despite the current click and collect restrictions. The staff was most helpful and went above and beyond to look for what i desperately needed to help our sick cat take his medicine. Very appreciative.

Friendly staff, quick service and the added bonus of usually seeing a cute dog or two when you’re there. Has a great range of products and definitely recommend buying a click and collect order ahead of time for even faster turnaround.

Had an online shopping fault off the website. The Fyshwick Sunday Manager went above and beyond to help me and ensure I get the items under an hour. Incredible customer service.

We went in to buy a fish and fish tank, but came out with only a fish tank. They took the time to explain how to get the fish tank water ready, before adding fish, so that they can have the best environment to live in. Went back a week later, and came home with our first family pet. Glad to see how they care for the animals!

Superb service. Put aside an order for filters and remembered me from just a phone call when I got in-store. My fishies and I thank you.
