I stood outside the locked gate at 10:30 for half an hour. I phoned 4 times but there was no answer-it rang out. The front door was open and there were cars in the car park. Eventually I went to another wood supplier who was happy to serve me

Absolutely disgusted. Just because your not a builder building a house means your not as important and your order isn’t urgent. We ordered a special make door over three weeks ago. Original door arrived but incorrect design. Door was meant to arrive yesterday but according to them it wasn’t put on a truck because a builder had a bulk urgent order to arrive. 1 star is more then they deserve.

Appalling, ever since it went under new management, it has hit rock bottom, the new manager has never been in the building game, and has soured some local builders to not return ,
He either needs to move on else where or take a good look how much their takings have dropped
