Doors Plus Saint Peters

Purchased several solid core doors from Ivan at St Peters. Very easy experience. Customer service rang next day to arrange installation date. Installer was first rate - very polite, tidy and very good at installing the doors. I'm a perfectionist and can't fault them. Very pleased with the whole process and definitely lived up to the "No Fuss" tagline.

We went in there to look for something totally different and ended up buying some stacker doors with security flyscreens as well.

Dennis from there went out of his way to help us. He found a great set on special and even came over to our house that day after work to check the measurements because he was worried that the one we had chosen may not fit. Luckily it did.

Dennis kept in contact with us throughout the process and facilitated the whole thing. The install was very easy and the doors have totally transformed our place. The product is great and the price was as well.

We have had a couple of little issues (not worth even mentioning) and Dennis has arranged for people to come the following day to fix them.

Highly recommend Dennis and Doors Plus St. Peters. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I am giving Doors Plus a five star rating due to the outstanding service provided by their Customer Satisfaction Manager, Peter Kassis. Peter appeared out of nowhere to fix a problem with my order and then went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied with his service recovery. Peter’s focus on the customer experience is amazing and I cannot commend him highly enough.

Easy transaction and helpful sales staff. There was some misunderstanding as to how long the order would take to arrive, but it wasn't too long and we weren't in a hurry. Installer was super friendly. I mean, not just a nice guy, but actually funny and pleasant to have in the house. He worked fast and efficiently, and the new door was installed in no time. Good to deal with all around, will definitely be in touch when we do the other end of the house.

Dennis was great, the installer was professional and helpful. I had to compromise a bit on choosing the door hardware, as the range of handles/hardware fitted with the doors is very plain and ordinary. I'd love to see more options that better suit heritage homes - but I made the decision to go ahead anyway, and they lived up to the No Fuss slogan.

We have replaced several doors in our townhouse with Doors Plus St Peters store and very happy with the showroom doors choices, great selection to choose from, lovely customer service and great, prompt and professional installation service. Can't be happier. Thank you guys. Looking forward to see you again soon

Duk was a most excellent carpenter/installer who confirmed when he was coming, turned up on time, did very good quality work and tidied up after himself!

-Vik was a great salesman and directed us to the best doors for our wants and needs. We appreciated his humour and jokes which made the process more fun
-Duk is a master of the trade and installed them to perfection despite us having a very old building with an odd door frame shape. He also had many good stories to share with us and overall is a very kind and giving man

Great service and very helpful on assisting me with choosing the right door for my bedroom. The installation was handled by a very efficient and friendly guy. Highly recommended business and I will return here for sure for any further new door purchases and installations.

The sales man was very helpful and provided some good advice in relation to our door issues. Later I requested to cancel part of my order which was done without any difficulties. The carpenter arrived on time, was very pleasant and did a very professional job. Our new doors look brilliant, work well and finally we have no drafts. Great job!

Bought some multifold timber doors from Doors Plus in 2006. Still looking good, but the door handle/lock wore out and no longer functioned - today. Called Josh at Doors Plus St Peters; sent him some photos; attended the shop for a replacement. Job done - today. Phenomenal. No fuss! Thanks Josh!

I would like to say firstly thank you to Victor at St Petes store, for coming out to my home due to the fact I'm a full-time carer for my mum who can't be left alone , so thank you for that because I wouldn't have got to the showroom.

Victor went above and beyond his attitude and professionalism is 12 out of 10 absolutely fantastic he helped me with my new screen doors for my front end back doors and also 2 other doors my bathroom and kitchen.
I chose the lovely bifold doors with the translucent glass with the help of Vivtor who really knows his craft.
He is a credit to Doors Plus and deserves the highest recognition for his attention to detail, his beautiful manner and his professionalism,

I had three doors installed from Doors Plus. I am very happy with the results. They gave me a timeframe for the installation and completed it within the allotted time. The service was excellent and they were always courteous and straight talking. Thanks Doors Plus.

I have to say the in-store purchase was lacklustre and I did have to follow up booking the check measure and the first carpenter was a late advice no show.

However 5 stars and then some earned back as thankfully I had already spoken to Ivan the store manager so knew exactly what I needed and what to ask and prompt in store. Julia then picked up to manage the job after the store visit and was efficient second to no one. Adam the carpenter who took over my job after the first one cancelled was absolutely fantastic. Turned up on time, called prior, polite and knew what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. In fact the only sign that he was even there was a visit from one of the most pleasant people I have ever met and my fab new bathroom door, that has actually been done properly unlike the wobbly number that has been there since the house was brand new.

The only tradie in my mini Reno so far to actually truly be no fuss. Ahhhh... if only they were all Adams, Julia's and Ivans...

If I ever need another new door I will be back for sure.
