Turquoise Turkish Restaurant

I arrived around 6:30pm, thinking I am supporting a quiet neighbourhood restaurant. But by 7:30 this place was packed on a Monday night. The food was perfect. Small dip platter is highly recommended.
The service was personal.
Remember it is BYO, bottleO around the corner.
Takeaways are available. Prices are reasonable. The lamb kebabs were amazing. But the rice, Gravy and vegetables along with it can win prizes too.
And the Apple tea was a delight.

Food was amazing as always! Friendly staff. We will surely come back! Coban salad was the best!

As a newby to Turkish food we really had no idea what to order under advise from the young lady clearing plates we went with chicken and cheese pide and sis kabab with rice. The atmosphere and service of this little place was infectious not only did you fill our bellies but also warmed our souls thankyou. Please everyone try this amazing food and atmosphere. I believe you will not be disappointed.

Delicious, that's my take on this wee location. A busy hub, lots of people passing through for take out, which is always a good sign. Prompt service and freshly cooked food. Very filling and reasonably priced.
Staff were accommodating and very pleasant.
No alcohol on premises, but definitely not a deal breaker. The bread and dip starter was fabulous. Plenty of bread and it was hard to stop snorting it down.
Left feeling very full. I did however make room for some delectable baklava, which despite one charming server said. It was not too sweet. Enjoy!

I’ve been coming to Turquoise for many years and have always loved their food. The new makeover looks amazing, great atmosphere, a really lovely staff team and the food is always on point. Turquoise is by far the best Turkish restaurant in the Canberra region. Delicious light and fresh food, best place to eat in Queanbeyan. Thank you 🤩

The seafood banquet was absolutely delicious with everything cooked to perfection! The staff were fantastic and attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommend a visit to this restaurant. We'll certainly be back!

Food and staff was fantastic, great value for money.

We dined on the banquet at Turquoise Turkish Restaurant on Saturday. The meal was excellent, the pepperoni pide was spectacular and the chicken kebabs were succulent, flavourful and tender. The dips and Turkish bread were fresh, crisp and filling. We will definitely be dining at Turquoise in the near future. Plenty of the banquet was leftover and our helpful waitress was only too happy to give us takeaway containers; the leftovers tasted great at Sunday lunch.

First time eating from turquoise. Got the sis karides - absolute hit and the feast banquet - everything was delicious and portions were generous. Will dine in next time.

It's been a while since my last visit to a Turkish restaurant and this is one of those places you wished that you had around the corner from you. Great food, loved the quality, flavors and serving sizes. Going back again on my next visit.

The food at Turquoise is very fresh & authentic. The mains are large and include meats, rice, vege and salad with a lovely sauce. Pricing is reasonable. Very happy with our meals and we'll be back again & again.

We eat a LOT of pide and Heck! We've even been to Turkey! So when I say that Turquoise Turkish Restaurant makes some of THE BEST pide I've ever had - it's a big foodie compliment. Top 3 for sure for us. Their turkish bread is also hands down the BEST I've had in Australia.

Generous sizes. Delicious flavours. Good quality sucuk. Friendly service.

Their mixed platter was also delicious, especially the juicy grilled chicken.

If you try to call and get the answering machine saying they're closed - their phone line is likely just busy. They haven't been able to change the voice message system yet. So try calling again in just a few minutes or order online.

Only thing i wish they'd do is have the option to add egg to a pide which takes the flavour up a whole nother notch.

10/10 - looking forward to ordering again soon.

Soooo bloody good, I love the zucchini balls and everything on the banquets... Would so recommend going there to get your fresh pide and more!! Delicious!!... Will be going back there definitely!! 👌🏼

A hidden gem in Queanbeyan! The aroma & taste of freshly baked bread with the dips are a winning combination. A must try are the mixed entree; lamb & chicken kebabs; and mixed sweets (Turkish delight is divine) ❤

Hadn’t had takeaway in a long time from here, but I’m still glad it hasn’t lost its touch. It’s the best Turkish place in the area.

I also appreciated their patience when my child , who has autism, made a comment about not liking the smells because they were too strong for them while we were waiting. Know that it was not in line with how the food tasted and smelt to me, because the food was well prepared and tasted amazing.

There’s no doubt that I’ll be back for more take away when I have a craving for Turkish.

Amazing customer service, amazing food, amazing people. I would rate them 100 * if I could and I will always come back here. If you live far order on uber eats because they always bless. These people are honestly the best and most kindhearted I have come across in a long time. Thank you and I wish you nothing but the best 🙏
