I bought pyjamas for my girlfriend and she didn’t like them, she was told in store that they don’t refund and she can have a store credit, she doesn’t like anything in store and doesn’t shop there.

I am pretty annoyed this is the case and wasted my money on a gift expecting it could be returned, not a good experience with this company.

Horrible service. Spent over $300 and got snapped at when my mother spoke to me in the line as supposedly holding up the line. Then for se reason the 2 ladies served one person at a time. Then squished 13 items into one bag and again snapped at when asked for another bag. Ofcourse the bag broke 3 steps out of the shop.

Refunds on wish cards? No No No. Told it was refundable at purchase but not refundable at Hervey Bay shop. NO stars from me.
