Storage King, has been a pleasure to do business with. From the beginning, so very helpful, advising what size unit we required, and gave us a great price. As our removalists were delivering our furniture without us being there, SK couldn't have been more helpful.
I am more than happy to recommend them for your storage needs.

Storage King Fyshwick is excellent and particularly the manager Jordan is very helpful person. If you have any delivery coming in so they will help you too much for receiving and all the stuff. Moreover, he is giving answers very politely under the company policy and suggestion’s is very helpful. I recommend this storage for you any types of needs.

Very clean premises with excellent security and easy access. Staff service has been very good, from administration covering invoicing through to my eventual ending of lease when I moved premises and no longer needed storage after three years. I encountered the best experience I've had engaging a service provider for as long as I can remember. The online quote and ordering was simple, thorough and instantaneous in its response. I drove in 5 mins after enquiring and was greeted and served by a young staff member, who excelled at everything. So when you combine a genuinely professional company who really do aim to please and an individual who is an exceptional you man....you get a very happy client.

I have only had good experiences with the staff here. I hired a unit that ended up being more than I needed and they effortlessly moved me to a smaller unit, without charging me any other fees and transferring the remaining credit. Very helpful and friendly.

The staff at Storage King really went out of their way to help me get settled in quickly and without fuss. The courtesy truck was a fantastic bonus and getting the paperwork done was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

I cannot thank Storage King enough. Julie not only was patient but was also understanding, professional and diligently followed up with me regarding my quote, dates, storage requirements and completely understood my needs. The service was then also extended at the Collie Street location. Every member behind the counter, on any given day knew their stuff, or found out for me on the spot. Nothing was out of scope, all the way down to boxes if I needed more! This morning I closed a chapter in moving mum to a retirement village and finalised my account at the Storage King with Adam at the Ipswich street location. Adam was happy to serve us before the official open time, took the time to talk us though the hire truck, deposit and wrapped up our experience, with out question, second to none. I’ll be back.

We have been very happy with the amazing service provided to us at Storage King Ipswich st Fyshwick.Mark was realy helpful and did go the extra mile to find us the proper storage space to suit our need. We were given a bigger storage unit than the one we reserved for our convenience but wasn't charged extra. Also need to mention the great discount that was given to us. We would highly recommend Storage King at Ipswitch st fyshwick to everybody needing storage assistance.

Fantastic customer service, staff member went out of his way to make sure we were getting a moving starter kit that was appropriate for our situation and within our budget. Very polite and helpful, will definitely be back when we need more items!
