McDonald's

Probably the cleanest and nicest decorated McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It was impeccably clean. The toilets especially! The interior of the building was more likened to a local boujee cafe or something rather than a fast food chain. See images (the hanging plants were so cute). The indoor play area for children was also a great touch, more places should cater to young children this way as dining can be pretty boring for them. Only thing was, the service was pretty slow for a fast food place. We definitely waited around 15 minutes for a simple order to be prepared. Saying that though, the iced chai latte was delicious. They were probably busy scrubbing the toilets!

Really good fresh food and the staff member was very tolerant of my brothers bad jokes.

From the moment I met the staff they were polite, friendly and helpful.
The manager on duty was extremely professional and showed the utmost care.

Does that look like ham and cheese to you, it looks like ham cheese and tomato to me, I'm now 10km away and this one is in the bin. Thanks you for no breakfast today. Not that I have anything against tomatoes, it is just that it only looks like tomato but doesn't taste like anything.

Besides your greasy a$$ tables I do have to say I played music on your Bluetooth speaker in your kitchen I do say it was rather fun next time should let more people use it besides that you guys should probably refill your paper for recipes cause it sounds like a cat with its balls stuck In a shredding machine

Highly recommend urangan maccas. Don't go to pilaba it's dirty and there always something missing from your order

McDonalds was very clean, and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable.
I ordered a special from the app menu which was a bargain to say the least.
The combination of courtesy, cleanliness and low cost made my visit to McDonald's more than just a meal.

Food was good, . Also it seems a bit unclean and disorganised. Seemed like staff was standing around.
Also I would like McDonald's to actually have charging ports for your phones. I had to ask of they could charge it for me😕

I've been here about 5 times already, every time I go through the drive through I get greeted with smiles! the people serving us are always so nice and friendly. The food is pretty much always fresh and warm, very nice for fast food!

Amazing service tonight! Burgers looked fantastic, and when I asked for extra crushed Oreo in my frappe, they blended it in & put it on top! Absolutely wonderful staff.

Only called in for a cone but it was good.

One of the best McDonald's I've visited. We ordered long iced black instead of long black on the app and they cheerfully remade it at no charge. Clean and nice hot food.

First review for a Maccas I've ever left and it's entirely because of the worker, *Chelsea* , who helped me with my order (I'm that ditz at the front of the line who everyone wants to murder) and brought it to our table even though I selected 'Collect at Counter'. I'm probably creeping her out with this praise but I had to say _something_.

Oh and our table's food was hot and perfect. I know people lose their minds over the slightest _human_ mistake at a Maccas, so I thought I should mention that.

The staff in this Maccas are very helpful and thoughtful,any problem you may have they fix it there and then if possible. I like to that the staff for the kindness and professionalism towards me and other congratulate them on a great managed restaurant

It's like other mcdonalds resturants, but feels so nostalgic somehow. I'd suggest going there for a change. You'll love it. p.s. the food is amazing as always. Friendly Staff, Know how to follow simple instructions such as no cheese, no tomato etc. Good work. Clean Rest Rooms Clean Dinning Area Small but effective children play area. Lovely customer service and the coffee is beautiful. I drive from the other side of town to go to this one because its always better than Pialba McDonalds.
