Great studio and lovely instructors, completed a challenge here during a short stay in Perth and really enjoyed their classes. Highly recommend.

Every session is a different workout which is why I love Kx. The trainers here are amazing and adapt each each class to each individual's fitness whilst making sure you're pushing yourself to get the most out of each workout. It's an intense 50 minutes and I've noticed such a huge improvement in my core strength and fitness that I don't get at the gym. If you're looking to change things up and improve your overall cardio and strength then kx is definitely right up your alley.

Just finished an amazing Sunday 10am class with Henry. Henry knows when to push his students, is friendly, highly skilled and pumps the club hits when you need that extra incentive to keep going. I am sweaty, exhausted and on a high after class. Thank you Henry!

Good workout with good instructors!

I feel like the instructors here all need a refresher in the KX method..the classes are so easy and slow paced, not like the kx I’m used to and used to love. The music is always quiet, and the instructors almost always start late and finish early, meaning I usually get a 43 minute class when I’m paying for a 50 minute..and this time makes a difference when you’re working out. I’ve never burnt so few calories than I have in attending this KX studio.
