Well the little fella must be doing something right. My businesses have been with Lyn since i think 1974 when he worked out in an office in his house in Hamilton Hill. Now have Emma looking after us and feel confident again.

Some more correspondence would have been great . Also use of your experience and skills on what to claim and things i might have missed out would have been an advantage and I thought was part of your service , I felt this was rushed and wasn't done to you best capability , the one and only phone call I got from you was for payment last week . I was Referred to you by a friend this is how I found you. I decided to do the tax myself in the end , this was unfortunate and a loss to me , and in good faith I've paid the outstanding balance for your service that did not meet my expectations , I also asked for the fees and charges in my very first email and this was not presented to me . To hear that an Apple Watch wasn’t claimable was the least of my concerns but could have been presented in an email or a phone call ?? As you discussed over the phone for payment , also the mark against my returns , why was this not disclosed to me until the end after the fact while asking for payment ?

I understand tax time is very busy for you and I’m aware my statement wasn’t ready till the end but is this a reason that nothing else could be prepared ? I had to read though paper work at the last minute before heading overseas that i told you about when 95% of this could have been done earlier, I had contacted you for my tax over 3 weeks before this ?

To be fair this was disappointing and a service that did not meet expectations.

No care, no service. Rushed through without bothering to find out if I had claimed all I could . I ended up with a tax bill for the first time in my life $943 . Plus $395 for the privilege of no service . She put aside 30 min to do my tax return with an investment property and super issues . I’ll go back to doing my own next year.
