Thanks so much to staff at the Queen Street Mall store for saving my holiday. Accidentally broke my glasses while visiting Brisbane and the staff went above and beyond repairing the arm! They were all so friendly and helpful, highly recommend them to all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a good experience at Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Brisbane CBD East. Joe was very helpful and went the extra mile to repair my broken glasses string. He even waived the repair fee because he said it was an easy 5-minute job. The other staff were also friendly and offered to help while I was waiting.

I had both a hearing and eye test with the team. From the moment I entered the store you could feel a really positive energy and the service reflected this. Every staff member was attentive, caring and thorough. I was well informed throughout the whole process and the staff went the extra mile to make this experience really enjoyable! I couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you!

The service, the technology used and professionalism from the Specsavers Creek St Brisbane team exceeded expectations. Great glasses too, and value for money. I can't express how much easier it was to deal with the Optometrist, Sindy, and Retail Manager, Charlotte, who made the whole experience a joy. I was used to paying up to double the price for glasses for a similar prescription at a competitor store - without the guarantees or options I was provided with at Specsavers. If I had any idea it would be so easy, would have saved me so much money and the team would have made me feel a million dollars, as they did, then I would have walked into the store a long time ago.

The staff here is so kind. I told him I have ordered the lenses online but I need it soon, then he gave me 2 packs of free lenses. Much thanks to him. I think I will be a constant customer here.

They listen to your concerns and communicate with you very well.

Needed to get my eyes tested and Specsavers looked after me. Turns out my sight isn't that great so they were able to sort me with prescription glasses and sunnies. They even had a 2 for 1 deal at the time. Easily the place is recommend getting your eyes checked and glasses.

Entrance to the store is on Creek St. Gigi and Julie were both great to deal with. Super friendly and quick service.

Did my yearly eye check up here. Was easy to book online, fast when I arrived (got me in and out with no problems) and the staff were friendly and were helpful. Very clean location and not to busy.

Very friendly down-to-earth staff that genuinely help you find the frames you're looking for that suit your face. Excellent after market care as well (replaced my expensive frames even though they were out of warranty)

Popped into Specsavers on my lunch break after I broke my only pair of glasses. I was served by Neil who really knew his stuff.
He set me up with some temporary contacts while my two news pairs came in. They arrived within the week!

Prices were more reasonable than I thought as well!

I have shopped here for my glasses the last 3 times, and I gotta say I am extremely impressed. Not only the quality of my glasses (I CAN SEE!!!!), but the impeccable customer service of the staff that you just don't find anymore these days. Stuart the Optometrist is courteous and professional, with great advice, as was Charlotte, and ( Im sorry didnt catch her name) the nice lady with the short hair and nose piercings. Very comfortable and pleasant experience, and as long as I keep sitting on my glasses and breaking them, I'll keep coming back to this store. Thankyou so much!

Amazing customer service from Neil, and from what I saw the rest of the team are equally as outstanding. Whilst the store is fairly small, their range of frames is diverse and growing. Also, as always with Specsavers, the prices are very budget-friendly.

Just there for few minutes and not even having their services due my girlfriend was the one claiming her new glasses.

However, from the beginning I felt this great vibes from their lovely staff ready to help you anytime. Despite I wasnt there for me I actually considered to buy a new pair of glasses for me due their big range of options.

I recently purchased 2 pair of reading glasses from Specsavers. I have not used them before but was prompted to by their competitive pricing and reputation. I was not disappointed - absolutely professional, caring and courteous treatment, eye (and complimentary hearing) tests undertaken and I am very happy with the glasses and the frames, all done within my health fund budget. I will be back in 2 years time for my next pair FOR SURE.

Masterclass in Customer Service. The staff are exceptionally helpful, and any other business cafe or restaurant has a lot to live up to compared to how these people operate. I had so many minor issues with my glasses, sight and requirements across a few months of time, not big things, just small little things, that when I worried I may have been pushing the limits of their helpfulness with my consistent approaches for refinements, they demonstrated an acceptance, spirit of service and problem solving attitude, in a spirit of generosity which blew me away, and left me so impressed I have taken to writing this to pass it on to you fair reader. Every member of staff I dealt with across time was so nice and sharp and helpful, and Neil the owner/manager is a legend. More than five stars
