I had a fantastic experience with Examiner Mitchell and the staff at the Department of Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre in Wynnum. Their professionalism, efficiency, and helpful attitude made my visit smooth and pleasant. I appreciate their dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Got my license renewed, i was in n out within 10min impressive. I was served by a beautiful girl named Jess who's smile made my day😁

Jeremy did an amazing job with a difficult registration, problem solving several uncommon occurrences. I’ve been in here a fair few times, same with my brother and the first thing we said once finished was that he was the best tmr desk person ever. if it was some of the others we would have been going home to try find the right forms rather he printed them for us to fill out so we had exactly the right forms.

Many experiences I have had with the Department of Transport in both Queensland and Victoria have been very trying. But I went into this location during a relatively busy day, but the efficiency of the staff was brilliant. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful and made the experience completely painless.

Today I have attended a driving test here, I would like to say big thank you to my examiner Mitchell V,he is super friendly and polite. His manner and personality helped me reduce nervous during the whole process. He definitely made my day! Thanks Mitchell! Really appreciate it!

This morning, I went for my driving test at Wynnum test centre, I had the pleasure of meeting shakira as my test examiner. Nerves kicked in once I headed to the car, but definitely gained confidence once I was driving 😁 never felt more happy and proud of myself, thank you shakira for making me laugh and smile today.

Went for registration transfer. The guy behind the counter, do not know his name, had a band aid on his right arm.. well he was super awesome and nice, he helped with cancelling registration on my previous vehicle too.. 😉👍
