Reception was extremely easy to deal with, and answered any questions i had. Eccy was extremely helpful and an absolute gentleman to deal with. Couldnt recommend him any more highly.

The outside of me and my wife's house had been overrun with millipedes to the point that it was quite unsightly as if it was from a horror movie! I saw Ex Pest's banners around my area and thought I'd give them a go seeing as the previous company I tried never got back to me.

From the moment I spoke with Lisamarie, I was put at ease and made aware of the service they were providing. She was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know in preparing my home for the treatment. Booking an appointment was also very quick and easy.

It was only positives from there; Eky was sent to do the job. He is without a doubt one of the nicest and most understanding tradesman I've met. I really liked his approach, work ethic and and always made sure I was aware of what was happening. Rather than just coming in and doing the job, he took the time to educate me and gave me tips on how to maintain the solution that was sprayed around the house. The man really loves his job and wasn't there for the money, but to solve the problem and look after his customers.

On top of that I had mistakenly given them too much cash for the job (which was also priced very well if I might add) In hindsight, I was actually happy for them to keep the money as Lisamarie and Eky were fantastic to work with, but they had the courtesy to call me back and dropped by to return the extra cash. If that's not top notch honest customer service then I don't know what is!

Take my word for it, Ex Pest are amazing at what they do and they're top notch when it comes to customer service.
