Stefan Mt Ommaney

Friendly and professional service from both the hairdresser and apprentice. Results were well above what I was expecting, especially considering I arrived with dark brown hair. Will definitely return.

Absolutely love the hair service and the customer service from all the ladies that work at the Mt Ommaney store but the manager, Dina S, is what keeps bringing me back again and again - I drive out of my way sometimes nearly an hour just to get my hair done by her. I have also changed my salon from Browns Plains which is 5 minutes from home just to be her client!

Dina is an extremely insightful of her products and will make time to discuss your needs, run you through products and you can keep asking the same things over and over again and she is just such a beautiful soul and will keep explaining it until you get it all the while with a massive smile on her face and complete patience.

Every time I leave Stefans as Dina S client, I leave feeling beautiful and heard, I leave with a massive smile on my face and sometimes tears in my eyes from all the laughing from her.

I like their customer management system. I haven’t had a cut for 10 years, but they knew who I was.
Very simple wash and cut, but they made the experience feel like a luxury, did a good effective cut and the pricing was reasonable.
Money well spent.

Dina is absolutely one of the most talented hairdressers I have been to. I experienced excellent customer service from start to finish. I felt like she really listened carefully to what I was wanting. And she gave me a thorough run through on what exactly she was going to do, colour and cut wise with my hair before hand. I was beyond happy with the results and look forward to seeing her for my next appointment in Feb.

I heard that Stefan's do free first haircuts to toddlers on weekdays so we made an appointment. I didn't catch their name but my son's hairdresser went above and beyond! The lovely hairdresser talked sweetly and positively and kept my son entertained with talking, using his reflection in the mirror and even gave him a pen and some random paper to draw on. The hairdresser took her time and was very professional but adorably sweet with my 16 month old toddler. So if you're nervous about your toddler's first but much needed haircut, I definitely recommend Stefan's at Mt Ommaney. ☺

I’ve been into this salon twice now and I’ve had Ana cut my hair both times! Her work is amazing! My hair feels amazing, looks amazing! Would highly recommend this salon and highly recommend Ana! Will definitely be back for sure!

Rhiannon cut my hair and she was literally the best hair stylist I've ever come across. She was welcoming, super friendly, and she cut my hair perfectly. Often getting my hair cut is a nervous experience as previous stylists didn't listen and take the time to cut my hair or make me feel welcome. Nothing was a hassle for Rhiannon. Would give her 10 stars if I could.

The first time for my 6 year old daughter in a Salon. She was treated like a little princess. The stylists went above and beyond. Shampoo, condition, cut, blow dry, thinned out and braids with glitter spray. She was so happy and excited and can't wait for her next haircut.

Very happy with my haircut, colour and style today! Amy was friendly and professional and helped me get my hair back to looking healthy and blonde again. Loved the head massage!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Mt Ommey salon. I went elsewhere after Leah left but returned today so pleasantly suprised.
I had such a pounding headache after a tough week at work and the gorgeous Alex gave me the best ever shampoo and head massage. My stylist, a friendly country girl, Alisha,was such a pleasure and she was most professional. Thanks for an awesome experience😊

Very efficient and friendly. Pleased to see that the doors were open and I could be fit in straight away after not having anything done to my hair for six months. Very happy with the service and will definitely return.

Tahlia ( area manager at Stefan ) did an amazing job on my hair today. Going from an old blonde to a light brown with soft blonde foils making me feel so comfortable and so excited for the new look. I highly recommend seeing her and going to Stefan 😊
