I had a skin cancer removed at the Pacific Day Surgery. The time between the initial consult and the procedure was especially quick compared with other experiences I have had. The nursing staff were supportive during the entire procedure. For example, a warm blanket from one of the nurses made me feel calm and comfortable. The doctor was highly skilled and professional. I can barely notice the incision area.

Staff were so nice and patient, everything went really smoothly thanks to them. They have gluten free options for post op snacks as well which was great they could accommodate

Staff were so nice and comforting. Made me feel very safe for my first big surgery. All nurses were so lovely, great experience definitely recommend.

Extremely pleased with my whole experience here with skin cancer removal with Dr Birch. All reception staff, nurses, surgeon and anaesthetist were terrific and couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

The staff are incompetent, although many (but not all) are polite, and there is a poor application of basic procedures. The focus is on increasing profits/reducing work rather than providing even the minimum required standards for adequate health care.
