I recently had quite a major reconstruction completed…. Multiple crowns and veneers, I am so thrilled with the result. The aesthetics and function is absolutely perfect. Dr Lal and Holly were just brilliant. Every step was explained and so much time was put into making sure I was fine and comfortable with the procedure. I have worked in the Dental industry myself for 35 years, so I knew I was in the best hands.

Wow ... is all I can say. From the first phone conversation I knew I was in the right place. The receptionist was incredible. Actually, all the staff are amazing.
I have all-on-four implants and to get to this stage in my life I have had a lot of dental trauma and was understandably nervous. On my very first treatment my nerves vanished :-)

For the FIRST time ever I felt listened to. Dr Lal is the sweetest, kindest dentist I have ever me. He genuinely listens and takes his time to explain every step :-)
The procedure to replace a whole arch is complicated but the team make it feel effortless. It's amazing :-) .

The team at Pialba dental are amazing, communication, compassion, skill set, are impressive. As a health worker, I noticed their infection control standards are above and beyond as well. From the moment you walk in the front door, throughout the procedure, and post surgery care are top notch. Better than I have experienced in the city. Ive had some extensive Dental work done by Dr Gurbachan Lal (BDS) & the team over the past 18months & their ability to put you at ease by explaining the procedures in simple terms I found to be comforting. Not something I'm accustom to after numerous years of visiting many Dentist's around Australia due to an injury sustained at work a long time ago. I found they have a healthy understanding of persons with certain diagnosed conditions due to trauma & are very helpful & more importantly they appear to love what they do which to me is rare. I’ve never been to the dentist since Primary school (Im now in my 40’s). I’ve always had a phobia about going to the dentist. The staff at Pialba Dental, have made it a comfortable and understanding environment. Pialba Dental have eased any fear I’ve had previously of going to the Dentist. For anyone that have never been or are too scared to go a dentist, pop in and see the staff at Pialba Dental, they are friendly and awesome.

Ì recently had a bad experience with a tooth that had snapped off. I wasn't happy with my ďentist at the time so having heard how good it was at Pialba Dental I went there, they were great and I was so glad I made that choice. I had no pain and no bleeding although I was on blood thinners they made me very comfortable. I can highly recommend them.

I have been fantastically looked after by the dentists and staff at Pialba Dental for many years. They have saved my own pearly whites I am comfortable that when the time finally comes to replace them, they will give me a new smile 😁
