You get very good value for your money. The staff are lovely. And they are open Tuesday until Saturday. Highly recommend

We, as A Family, treasure Open Hands Community Care. We have been helped by their Quality Variety of fresh and frozen Food, pantry and household items many times. We recommend them to All of our friends as they are also Friendly and Helpful people.

Thanks to Open Hands, for the first time in my life, I am now in a safe, peaceful share house, with 2 other strong, caring & understanding women. Just being blessed with a stable, clean, & affordable living space, has done wonders for my mental health status. Open Hands rescued me from a deplorable, toxic hostel, they saw me as a human being, not just a statistic, and for that, I am forever grateful. The Lord answered my prayers, thru Open Hands, and together, they have given my life meaning, given me hope, and given me a bright future. Many of my physical problems have started to heal as well. My long-term goal in life, is to get my psychology degree, so I can give back to the community, to help other women who have gone through domestic violence, street life, and substance abuse issues. Having first-hand experience in these matters goes a long way in truely understanding a person's needs. It was my burden to bear, back then, but is now my gift to the world. God has given me many gifts, but I think this was the most precious. You only truely learn, when you are thrust out your comfort zone. I chose to see the silver lining, and know my pain wasn't all for nothing. The greatest gifts come from the greatest suffering. That is why you must never waste them. And now I won't have to worry about that ever again!

I highly recommend Open Hands! They provide a wonderful family style experience and are just so easy to get along with!

They do a great job providing cheap food for people who can't afford very much. Should be more places like this. Great support people.
