I live on the Southside Brisbane & Norris Motor Group located on the Northern side of Brisbane. I booked for test drive with different Car dealers online including one which was closer to me. The Norris Motor Group responded the following day and we set the time for the test driving of the car I have chosen. Their professionalism was top notch, they took their time to explain the process without pushing me to buy. The whole experience I had with Michael D the consultant was brilliant, I was treated with respect. The whole team that interacted with me during with Northside Kia was friendly. They made my experience enjoyable. The day I picked my Brand New car, they were the first Kia dealership to decorate my car with ribbons 🎀. I wanted to cry because this have never happened to me before when I bought my previous two brand new Kia car in Toowong , the experience was depressing. Thank you so much Michael and your team from Norris Motors Group, you’re amazing, I won’t hesitate to introduce you to my family and friends, besides that , I will come back for an upgrade in few years. Keep up the good. we felt that Norris Motor Group stood out very differently to other car dealerships we visited. they were very attentive to our needs and concerns, the salesman michael followed through by communicating with us any updates on the car we purchased. we never felt uncomfortable when negotiating a sale. happy to recommend them and use them again if the need is there.

Very friendly staff .As soon as you enter Kia Nundah ..someone attended you ..I just went to look at the new Kia carnival not planning to buy. But Rob the sales person was very kind and explained everything .Then I was shopping around then we decided to buy Kia carnival ..again the customer service was great ..thanks Rob

I purchased a new car through there yard at there Metro used car yard in Windsor and the experience was great, Niel was very helpful and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I've had lots of mixed experiences dealing with used car yards in the past and filtering through the shonky ones can be difficult to say the least. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great, reliable used car.

We love the Norris Motor group, especially the Aspley dealership and the Service Centre at Geebung! Nothing is ever too much, always professional friendly service. Alex and Luke at the service centre are the BEST! Thank you for keeping our family on the road and adventuring.

Would definitely recommend these guys. I bought a Suzuki swift from Norris used cars last month and they were wonderful to deal with. Paul was our salesman and he was great. The car was exceptionally clean when we picked it up and overall it was a pleasure to deal with them.

I came here to get paint protection applied to my car (just a door and side panel after repairs / repaint, not full body). The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they got the job done fast. Really, it was such a good experience and I wish I could thank them all again!

All the staff were very courteous and the service was prompt. I really appreciate how much better the car is going after the service, and that they gave my car a wash and vacuum was very appreciated.
There is also coffee, tea and biscuits available in the waiting area, which was again appreciated.
Would recommend and will be using these guys again.

This morning, I had the hatch on my i30 repaired. The person I had dealings with, from the moment my car was checked in, to the moment the car was brought upstairs for me to drive away, was Harry. His service was second to none and made me happy that I continue to have my car seen to at the Norris Motor Group. Thanks Harry, keep up the good work; the Company are very lucky to have you as one of their employees. PS: I can now keep the hatch open without it falling on my head when I open it. No more bumps!!

The saslesman made me feel important, he ensurerd erverything went smoothly and my vehicle was serviced and ready for pickup. The figure I had to spend on a vehicle was very limited and he was very understanding and didn't try to push a dearer vehicle. He was a truly lovely young man and assisted me down the couple of steps when I had trouble walking. This is only the second time in my life that I have purchased a vehicle and not been stressed in some way, and I have been driving for over 50 years. Can't say enough how much I recommend this company and their excellent staff.

We had a great experience with Norris Ram . Two other RAM service centres had not bothered to change the transmission oil when it was needed so we went to Norris. They have a machine that takes all the oil out and replaces it completely. This machine was not working correctly so they gave us a loan car so we could continue our day. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need anything done to your RAM go to them you won’t be sorry. Thanks Norris

Changing cars can be a very trying thing to do in life but trading my car in for a new one was made very easy by Steve at Brendale Motors. Trade in and the new car price were negotiated with ease and a very fair outcome was achieved.
