My mother passed away two weeks ago . I was extremely shattered and devastated .I contacted Archana and she called me back with in hour and explained me what to do next .I had to applied emergency visa for my sister so she can come here and attend the funeral. Archana Mam explained me the whole process and helped me to get her visa in just two days.

I made an appointed via email and very promptly got a phone from the Honorary Consular Mrs Archana Sighn herself confirming my appointed. When I met her she was most helpful and charming. Mrs Sighn completed all my POA documentation in an extremely professional and courteous way. I am grateful for her help and this is probably the first time that I was proud to be an Australian of Indian origin. With due respect to my community it is sad to admit that I would never ever get this service and courtesies from such a high ranking individual back home. Thank you Mrs Sighn !!!

Ms. Archana Singh in Honorary Consulate Brisbane - I am so pleased to say that she is absolutely awesome in what she is doing. We received a warm welcome. And she was extremely polite and patient through out the consular services we needed. Such officers are truly an asset to our foreign consulates. Vande Maatharam...!!

Mrs. Archana Singh is very helpful and prompt. I had emailed her regarding my query and she replied me back very promptly. I had also visited the Consulate of India last week and it was nice to meet Mrs. Archana Singh who guided me to VFS Global Brisbane and got my query processed.

Street parking is limited as well - but the place isn't that busy either.

We needed to get a POA attested urgently and visited the honorary consulate but it was closed due to covid. We sent them a text and got a call from the honorary consulate Archana Singh the same afternoon to check what we needed. Sje provided with dates the following week as per her availability and was prompt to answer any questions we had at that time. She was very professional and polite when we went to visit her as well. We were definitely impressed with the service provided during these tough times.

Flexible timings and easy to make appointments.

Cards are not accepted but they have clearly mentioned that prior to the appointment. Makes life easy.
