Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Wynnum Plaza

Today, just visted specsaves in plaza to repair my glasses and staff was very helpful .One of the staff member Jaymee she fixed my glasses less than a minute for free of charge. It was a great experience.

I'm sooo glad I went to Specsavers.... Being on a tight budget I was cringing at the thought of what the cost would be. But I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful range of frames that I could afford. The staff were remarkable and I was treated with respect and they were all so helpful... Thankyou so much!!!

Exceptional Customer Service from John and Aidan (believe his name was). Having worn glasses since 2004, I'm quite used to the check ups and regular optometrist routine, however, this time was very notable, as John made me feel very welcomed and cared for, from the moment he served me to the moment we concluded. Followed up by Aidan, when collecting my new pair, was very helpful and had a wonderful conversation with him. Pick up was hassle-free and swift!

Wynnum Plaza was the best place to finally get my hearing aids.
Going into the first hour long hearing assessment, felt a little daunting. Pav, the Audiologist, made me feel at ease straight away. She is so friendly and easy to talk to.
At the end of the test there was no pressure to purchase. It was my choice if I thought I was ready to take that next step.

I had the pleasure of having an eye test at the Wynnum Plaza store today. I feel as though I was assisted by nearly every staff member, sorry I didn’t make a note of all of your names, but you were all so lovely to me, which is a nice change to my usual interactions in retail stores (I don’t dress flashy and I'm mostly ignored) so, thank you.
Also, the lady that helped me select my frames made me feel super cute with my new frame selections, she gave the kindest compliments.

Just stepped into my first set of multifocals and the team were just amazing. Special mention to Rhi for stepping me through the process thoroughly explaining everything so I could select the right option for me.

I've been going to Spec Savers Wynnum Plaza for a number of years. They've always been helpful, polite and courteous. Especially when I was diagnosed with a serious eye condition they got me into a ophthalmologist that morning.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Specsavers. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making the entire process enjoyable. I'm extremely satisfied with my new glasses and appreciate the excellent service they provided.

The staff is very friendly and everyone always has a happy smile. Brian who is my optometrist and he is like a professional doctor and treats his patients beautifully.

Outstanding customer service, huge thank you to Brian the director for explaining so we could understand. Service was over and above. Grateful ❤

Brian who did my eye test was amazing he was very thorough and knew what he was talking about took time to answer my questions. He definitely needs a pay raise. The whole staff in the wynum shop were amazing.

They know what they're doing and take the time to listen to get the best outcome for their customer. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was kind enough to let me sit down through most of the process.
