Neeve provided amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. Highly recommend this branch in Hamilton

Used their services on multiple occasions for personal and business banking. Good quality service especially from Garth and close to my residence! Good carpark and accessibility. ATMs are the best. Takes them long time to answer phones though. That is the only disappointing part which I hope they can fix.

They have money.

Atm chewed my last money that I had for weekend, said technical error when I tired to deposit on weekend, now I have to take leave and go bank on Monday

The older lady at front desk was as sour as they come. The old lady had no manners, I asked her a question and she rolled her eyes and gave me blunt response whilst not even looking at me. Was served by a young kind man instead, and could tell he was even embarrassed by her behaviour.

It seems to be quite common for the older generation to have bad customer service these days.

Tracey was very rude and most unhelpful. She kept saying ‘do it online’. I tried to explain that my attempts to do so the previous evening were futile and my hour long conversation on the phone to the help line resulted in instructions to return to the branch.

My advice. Go to any other bank or branch.
I was greeted by a smug older lady that clearly doesn't want to be there.

I was then passed on to a much more pleasant lady. All I need was to verify my account so I can move my home loan to westpac.
After 40 mins of waiting, I was told that it would take 3 to 5 working days. I can't wait to see the day where banks are replaced by something more robust and cutting edge.
Westpac sucks!!

Clearly, they don’t care about customer. I went there to clear my debit cards not working where I have 2 cards then the white lady who serve me wasn’t listening when I tried to speak she literally said “SHUSH” with her finger at me. I was so shocked and speechless. Then I said to her will you do same to other customer and she said yes which is wrong in every way. I am a Nurse and work in hospital so that was completely demeaning. Then I confronted her saying you are racist and this is not who I deserve to be treated where she was like I am the least racist person and bla bla, same racist defender mechanism. All I wanted was to listen to me then she took my one of the card and destroy saying only one card is working. Next day I went for shopping tried to pay through Westpac card but it says declined then I went to Westpac, Aspley where the staff were very nice and they told me that lady who destroyed my card was a new one and I was carrying old card. Well, seriously missing attention to details and giving us very hard time. I hope Westpac team read this review and do something about him.

Queue out the door mid-morning, waited 20+ minutes and I was still 5th in line and bailed. Not once did any of the 3 staff members that I saw come and address the people in the queue to apologise for the wait, etc. Clearly they know nothing about Customer Service.

One terminal in the front that serves the customer and long cues. Waited 25 mins to get served the staff member was working hard.All they needed was another staff member.Making record profits and dont want to employ more people!

The closure of branches on the Northside of Brisbane is beyond inconvenient. You would think service level at the branches that remain open would be 5 star. Not the case at Hamilton.

Try and avoid they will try and reduce their work by not helping you. Better going to the chermside branch if you are in the north.

Terrible service. Always slow to respond to emails and calls.
