Bought some wrc weatherboard today, one has a big bite/knot right on the edge, more of a supplier fault than finlayson's.

The salesman at the trade counter was very rude and a smartarse.
The guys who normally man the counter are always happy and polite, I haven't been in there for awhile.
I dealt with 2 of the yardmen getting some things and asking about availability of stock and both of those guys were polite and helpful.

Stood at counter for 20min only to be told go look for what you want - only I don’t know what I want or where to find it. Signs say please see staff member before entering. Make your mind up
