Did a great job on my income tax

Do not waste your time. I got less than 10% back on my taxes with them. I then decided, just to check, to do it myself online, and if I had done that from the get go, I would have received more than 20% back, so more than double what they got me. Not only that, they charge a lot more than other accountants. I will not go back!

Getting Debbie to work on my accounts was like pulling teeth. It felt like I was the one doing the heavy lifting, as if I haven't enough on my plate. I copped late submission fine after late submission fine from the ATO - during which time these guys sat back and did nothing. They let my BASs go - 5 of them - without a word from them. Finally when the ATO called them to ask what was happening, they deigned to let me know by email that "this was unusual and you should take action". THEY ARE THE ACCOUNTANTS - THEY SHOULD TAKE ACTION. I regret ever setting sight on them.
