Dr Rutley is the most professional and genuinely caring specialty expert I have seen in my life. (And I’ve seen many! Just not in the dental field)

He was calming, I didn’t feel rushed to explain my back story, as he took the time to really listen.

He explained everything so well and was happy to answer all my questions. He gave me the options and then guided me towards what was best.

He’s such a brilliant communicator and reassured me the whole way through. This was appreciated as I was extremely nervous as I hadn’t experienced dental issues before.

An absolutely delightful man with a genuine and calming approach. Toss in some light hearted banter, humour and no pain at all, and it was an exceptional experience.

I highly recommend him, and have done already to my family and friends. 😊

I was very fortunate to be able to see Dr Rutley recently to undertake root canal therapy. I found him to be an excellent practitioner especially as I was really worried and a bit scared. He was so professional, caring and great at explaining what was happening; the equipment and service was top notch and there was no pain - which was what I was worried about. I recently had root canal treatment which was not straightforward because of previous work done to my front teeth. Dr Rutley and his staff did an excellent job, he fully explained the plan then talked me through it during the procedure. State of the art equipment, no pain and little discomfort. My tongue can't tell the difference between the temporary crown and the previous tooth.

After 5 months with quite a stressful dental issue I was referred to Ward Rutley. I now have a solution to my problem & Ward has saved me from at least one possibly two unnecessary root canals. Ward & his staff were friendly & communication was very easy. I’m definitely a very happy patient!!

I recently had two complicated procedures performed by Dr Rutley. He was terrific- kept me informed through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable . It was painless and successful. His after care was also second to none!

When you go in for your consult he is nice to get your business when I had the procedure done he was RUDE and CLASSLESS !Apparently my mouth didn’t open wide enough so he tried to force it open beyond the jaws capabilities “all went down hill from there……”

Oh my God I cannot believe this man I would expect a specialist to be professional not only did he have no regard for me or my tooth , he sent me out with a low grade infection and no antibiotics to the surprise of my recent visit with another specialist - it was obvious he really just didn't care! He should be working in a butcher shop! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE :(
