The young ladies went above and beyond to help me find the right size cone for my chihuahua. As I was a bit worried he would snap after just having surgery, they said not to even worry about it as it is understandable he would feel the way he did.

Excellent team, super friendly. The store manager Reann (sorry for spelling) was super helpful. She noticed that I was hovering over the frozen dog food section and came over to ask if I needed help. I was told the product I was looking for wasn’t stocked at this site, she gave me super helpful suggestions about alternative products to try instead. I really valued that, thought it was definitely above and beyond service. Most people would just say, ‘yeah, sorry we don’t have it’ and leave it at that - so for her to continue to assist me was greatly appreciated! Even if I didn’t need the extra help, it’s always nicer to have the info than not. Appreciate it! Such a positive interaction!

I called into Petbarn last week for some help with my rescue pup. Lisa was so kind, caring and attentive. Her patience and expertise shone through!!
The next day we went back for a few more items and were assisted by a lovely lady I think called Gabby (purple hair) who was equally awesome and helpful!

Big thanks to Lisa who was able to help change my delivery address last minute for an online 2 hour delivery order. Petbarn Virginia had been the most reliable and best store in Brisbane ever since I got my cat.

Can’t recommend the groomer enough. She’s always friendly and professional, she treats our puppy with absolute kindness, she always goes above and beyond and the cuts are beautiful. Our puppy does much better in the group format and always seems like she’s had a great time when we pick her up. We will definitely keep bringing our puppy back.

The staff at PetBarn Virginia are incredible. I am a new fish owner and whenever I have questions or need a water check I know I can trust the team there. I’ve been served by four different team members over the last three months and every one of them has been friendly, willing to help and extremely knowledgeable about fish and fish tanks :)

A great petbarn with wonderful staff, which seems to be the norm for petbarn as a brand.

Fairly easy to find what you need and they usually have ample stock. Staff are always willing to help and I am yet to have a less than good experience! Pricing is the same as any other petbarn and does depend on the product your buying, however there is a wide spectrum for all budgets and needs.

Parking can be a little annoying but that isn't the fault of petbarn but the designer of the parking lot for the whole shopping strip.

Recommend them if you're looking for a pet store near you!

Being new to dog ownership for over 50 years, I had no idea about all the new requirements , etc . The young lady helped me immensely and I had what I needed quickly
