Brisbane Day Surgery treated my mother really well with great respect and care. Shout out to Nurse Jo, she is professional while putting you at easy with her witty sense of humour.

The staff here are just beautiful. There was no judgment and they go out of their way to show compassion and kindness. You are kept well informed with the process explained when you walk through the door. Highly recommend this day surgery.

Just want to say the staff here is so beautiful and professional . Felt comfortable from walking in to walking out and procedure was easier than what I’ve expected. Clean and gorgeous hospital. Highly recommend It!

A huge thank you to all the staff at the Brisbane day clinic. You are amazing! I was quite stressed for my appointment. Dr Nicole and Nurse Rosie were very reassuring and comforting which made me feel heard and safe. I quickly realized I was in very good hands here. High standards and excellent duty of care. Don’t have a single bad thing to say about this hospital! They nurses are so lovely and helpful and the facility itself is so welcoming. A huge thank you so Dr Chinsee and his team. The anaesthetist, he was just incredible at his job, and the 2 nurses Kathleen I think one was? And another blonde lady (I wish I could remember their names). Were SO amazing, I cannot thank them enough. I had the best experience ever.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. The facilities are great and the staff are knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic. I felt I was in good hands the whole way through and they made a difficult process much easier.

Had a procedure done at Brisbane Day Hospital & Chelley Mackley- Nurse Unit Manager looked after me. She was the sweetest ever & had the kindest soul, I would recommend all my family and friends there. The experience wouldn’t have been the same without her. If you see this; thank you gorgeous, you are the most welcoming nurse I’ve ever come across. The rest of the staff members there were also so amazing and comforting x

I highly recommend this place. Everyone is well informed, kind and understanding. They reassure you if you’re feeling nervous and they really help you if you have any problems ☺ It’s very professional and clean so you feel very comfortable!
