Not only do they have the latest tech to suit most business needs, but they go over and above with excellent customer service, and community engagement. My husband and I have hired equipment a number of times and have always been happy! Most recently, Hire Intelligence sponsored a local community event and provided incredible service. Efficient, responsive and helpful. Had the equipment we needed and will use again next time

I needed an iPad at really short notice for a short period of time (3 weeks). Most places that hired out this kind of equipment only do hires long term (6,12 or 24 months) and a number of hire services just didn’t even get back to my enquires. Hire Intelligence got back to me really quickly, were friendly and helpful, really reasonably priced, had the latest equipment and as it turned out were based in my suburb. They organised my hire by the end of the day of contact and I was easily able to pick up the iPad by close of business. They have been amazing and they totally saved me when it counted. I highly recommend!

Fantastic communication with the office, and the drivers were good with letting us know when they were arriving to set up and collect the equipment (all right on time).

The person who set it up for us was good from a technical aspect, but not really on the practical setup. He did not open the projector screen enough at first, and had put it right at the back of the room, which made the image very small and people at the other end of the room would not have been able to see it. After asking to make the screen bigger and to move the screen forward (which he agreed to do, but needed to be moved about 10 times until it was where we originally wanted it), it was great. The image was a lot clearer than I expected it to be given we had quite a bit of natural light coming into the space.

When I booked the projector and screen (only a few days prior), I asked if the sound came out of the projector as we needed to play a video, and I was advised that it didn't, and we needed a speaker too. So we paid additional for the speaker, which came with a microphone. When it was being set up and we tested the video, the sound came out of the projector, not the speaker at all. Only the microphone, which we didn't originally need, came out of the speaker. We then decided to use the microphone anyway, to make use of the speaker that we paid for, but the batteries were so low that it kept turning off. So we were unable to use the microphone during the presentation. When I mentioned this to the person who came to collect the equipment, I was advised that they were "just AA batteries", but we were not able to go and find batteries during our presentation. I did find some other batteries in a box when I was packing away the equipment for collection (not sure if these were full or flat though) which we did not know were there.

Otherwise, the equipment worked fine, and we had very good communication with the office and drivers, and the delivery and collection were on time.
