Blue Card Services

Never in MY LIFE!!!! have a I had a service soooo slow! Like who is going to pay my wages, in Victoria you can have a police clearance done in 48 hours and your photo taken at post office next day, hard copy comes in 2 weeks. This is ridiculous! I call everyday, I have absolutely NO criminal or civil charges and this process is disgusting. I am on the verge of losing my job because of their waiting times! Disgusted in the QLD system!!! I put 5 stars so EVERYONE CAN SEE THIS

I’m one of the silent majority who had a pleasant experience with the Blue Card Service. I had my card issued promptly for volunteering work.

Unsure why the reviews are so bad, I had a great experience to get a replacement blue card.
3min phone call, zero waiting time.

I've never had a problem with them. It does take time but it's a pretty straight forward process online.... even re-ordering a replacement card which I just did.. paid for & an email "invoice" sent to me with the application no. on it.... What more could I ask for??.. stop whingeing people! Seems like you have too much time on your hands

I've called through twice over the past couple of days needing help with a replacement Blue Card and both times I've received excellent customer service from both the customer service agents I spoke with. Hold times were also almost nothing. Quick, easy, helpful and friendly!

I had cause to contact Blue Card today. Yes the wait was a bit long but Jeff could not have been more helpful. He pointed me in the direction I need to go to finalise my issue.

Smooth and simple process.
Applied for a Paid Bluecard and recieved the approval email and Bluecard number the next day.

Was helped by Josh from customer service and was absolutely pleased with the service. Friendly and had an answer for all my questions - was pleasant to talk to and went above and beyond for all my inquiries. Was extremely patient with me, and resolved all my issues for me! Bravo !

Lady who served me on the phone and in person (red hair) was nice and knowledgable, gave informed opinions and made the process easy. A bit sad about the 6 weeks processing but customer service was great
