I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pia for BIAB and pedicure, I couldn't be more delighted with the experience.
The salon itself is impeccably clean and stylish, creating a relaxing atmosphere that sets the tone for a pampering session. Pia’s attention to detail is truly impressive. The quality of her work is outstanding. My nails have never looked better!
Pia's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the appointment. She exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for exceptional nail care. I will definitely be returning for future appointments!

What a lovely experience. I was able to book to get my nails done after work, late in the day. I was new there and had booked on the day, but that didn’t mean I was rushed through. Such kind and careful treatment and a great result. It really made my day.

I cannot express how happy I am with Clare at Alcyon salon. She transformed my grey and half gown out dye into a beautiful, soft foiled sleek bob. I’m absolutely thrilled and will be a faithful customer forever.

I recently had my first haircut with Deb at Alcyon Hair and Beauty. I usually am pretty nervous when trying a new hair dresser out since I have very fine hair.
Both my parents are hair dressers and I never really had to worry about my haircuts. After moving to Australia I’ve been on the hunt for someone to know how to cut fine hair and which styles are best suited. The entire experience with Deb was so comforting, confident and fun. She knew exactly what cut and style would suit not only my style but my fine hair. I wanted to go for a more drastic look, since my fine hair grew long but lacked fullness. Deb suggested a blunt bob with no layers (something I’ve never had before ). I didn’t realize that layers would actually make my already very fine hair feel even finer! I trusted her completely and choppy chop we went 💇🏼‍♀ usually a new haircut can be a little stressful for me after, since you have to get used to how to style it etc but not this time! I feel like this haircut was meant for me! This has been the cut I should have had for years but had no idea would suit or look good on me. It air dries perfectly and styles so easily. I am beyond in love with my hair and I couldn’t recommend Deb and Alcyon Hair and Beauty enough! 🥰

Emily did a fantastic job, was knowledgeable, and gave helpful information. Would definitely come back to see her for my hair maintenance.

I can not speak highly enough of my experience at Alcyon Hair and Beauty. I have been to many different salons around Brisbane such as Oscar Oscar, Edwards & Co and Sublime, to name a few, and this salon has trumped them all! I am over the moon with my cut, colour and treatment I received. Emily was my stylist and I have to say she is my favourite hairdresser to date. (I am 31 and have been getting my hair done for 15 years now!). This was my first visit to the salon and Emily made my time there so amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable and such a lovely, genuine and humble person. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I also felt so welcomed by the salon coordinator Joe and the salon owner Deborah. Wonderful service by Deborah. She was caring and considerate about my expectations and also provided suggestions based on my face structure and shape. I stumbling a upon Alcyon by pure luck. What an amazing experience Deborah and her beautiful team provide. I asked while I was in getting trialed for new makeup if it would be possible to get my hair coloured and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will definitely return for further treatments and would recommend everyone to do the same

I've definitely found my new salon! Emily fixed my hair colour and gave me a balayage that suits my skin tone and face shape much better! She definitely knew exactly what she was talking about right from the get go. The whole experience was amazing and so comfortable. Pia did a mani/pedi for me and 6 weeks later my pedi is still hanging on, not Shellac either. Time for a refresh…highly recommend!

Alcyon is a bliss to go to. Deborah and her staff are very professional, just the right amount of warmth and chat. The treatments for my hair made a difference, the cut was phenomenal as it remained as my hair grew longer and was so worth it. The massage during the shampoo is really nice and the coffee on arrival kicks off the relaxing experience. The foot stools are also a nice treat for the legs. Bring your photos along and Deborah will make it happen... a true boost to moral every single time!
