Kerry did a very imaginative balloon arrangement for a special birthday, thank you so much, it was just divine! The floral table arrangements were very pretty and most suitable for the birthday girl. Great service and goes above and beyond for the customer, thank you guys!

The lovely ladies at Floral Notes came to the Rescue and made up a lovely bunch of flowers for me, when my Grandma's Mother's Day Flowers arrived 5 days late and half dead. I was so happy that I then ordered more flowers for Grandma's birthday

I ordered flowers from Floral Notes for my daughters birthday as she lives in Bowen & I’m in Brisbane.I called & explained what I would like & they provided a beautiful display that she loved. 5 days later she said they still look fabulous & they really made her day.

Recently went there to purchase some flowers to be sent for mothers day....and then again flowers for a
old friends birthday... The store on entry both times just smelt divine with the different fragrances of flowers available filled the shop....just beautiful 🌺and then I was surprised to find cards balloons gifts and just about anything to make some you love feel special !! Kerry and her staff went out of there way to make sure were delivered. Thank you very much Kerry👍🌺

Our daughter loved the bouquet of flowers we sent. The arrangement and selection of flowers was a surprising combination of colour and textures. Thank you so much, because they were delivered at just the right moment and brought her great joy!

This business is run by a really awesome lady who is super talented at creating amazing arrangements with flowers. She also is skilled in penmanship which makes cards that much more special.
I am a super fan of the sauces and lollies stocked here. I've nearly polished off my mustard by drunken sailor and I've gone back for more of the rock candy's and dried fruits.

Floral Notes Bowen is my go to florist for all my flower needs. Kerry is so creative and her work is so inspiring. I have never been disappointed in any of her creations and nothing is either too big or too small. Many times it has been same day service and always I’m amazed on the freshness, and colours that are available already in stock. And the prices are very very fair as well. Her team are as friendly and helpful as Kerry is and I have yet to hear the word “no” we can’t do that. We live in the Hunter Valley, my wife Gayle organized two separate bunches of flowers over the last week through Floral Notes, one sadly for a funeral and the other for her Mum in Collinsville. Kerry could not have been more helpful with everything from flower suggestions to delivery options. The flowers were all delivered as promised and we have been told they were absolutely beautiful. Absolutely stunning flowers. Not only were the flowers exactly what I asked for (natives and lillys) but the arrangement exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely use floral notes again for special occasions. Staff service was also excellent.

Excellent service. Floral Notes were able to arrange a delivery of flowers and a specific bottle of champagne that we requested to an address 40 minutes out of Bowen. They were very helpful.

Have had beautiful flowers arranged and delivered by Floral Notes in Bowen twice now. Both arrangements were unique and the quality of flowers superb.
