I would 100% recommend Greater Whitsunday Vets to everyone, everyone that works at the practice is amazing and caring I have no fear leaving my pets here they treat them like their own! Everyone at Greater Whitsunday Vets are amazing, kind and caring when we come in or annoy them with calls. They are always super welcoming to us and our pets. We have been with Jason since he worked at Prossy and we cannot recommend him enough. Georgia has been really amazing too she helped us through a really hard time with our cat and we appreciate her having to deal with the tears! But all the staff are 10 out of 10! The emailed photos were super comforting when our dog went in for a day, the calls checking in on our pets after a visit, the kindness all the staff show, reminder calls for flea and tick, everything is amazing! Best thing to come to Bowen!

So grateful for the time and effort Jason and the whole team have put into our dog Russell in his time of need. Kept us up to date constantly, even sent us pics to keep our minds at ease. Professional service, straight up, thanks so much to the whole team.

Very compassionate vet nurse in an emergency situation with a litter of very sick puppies on the phone, followed by out of hours visit to vet surgery where we were given clear instructions, support, options and medication to save the litter. Vets and nurse were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and with their support we have a healthy lot of pups once again. Had we not had such a positive outcome I would still be as grateful for the help and the way it was delivered. We were treated with care and respect for the whole interaction, Thanks again Greater Whitsunday Vets :)

Best experience ever! As a first time dog owner with a small pup, I was provided with the best advice and reassurance. The ladies on the front desk were so lovely as well! We will be coming back for future treatments!

Dr Christie and the entire team at Greater Whitsundays Vets provided exceptional care to our Mad Molli Mischief! The care, compassion and the thorough explanations provided to us whilst she was in the hospital allayed our anxiety. The team went the extra mile by sending photos to us throughout Molli’s stay which made our time apart easier. THANK YOU just isn’t enough. You gave us our Molli back and for that we couldn’t be more thankful! Amazing service, Amazing team, Amazing care.

Very friendly staff and an outstanding service. I highly recommend, reasonable pricing and your family pet is happy also. I know mine is and is no longer with his issues, he is now one happy fur baby. So, if you are not sure which vet, come see these friendly people, they are only too willing to help.

I had the team come out to do what was possibly the first ever dentals on my two ponies. Cannot fault a single thing. I had low expectations on how well behaved my ponies would be but they handled my mini's multiple temper tantrums like absolute professionals. The patience, kindness and knowledge they demonstrated left me super impressed. There is nothing I wouldn't hesitate to call them for. Highly recommend!!!!

They have taken such good care of our little one during visits whilst providing us with the knowledge and understanding we need to care for our fur baby. We couldn’t recommend them team more.

Jason and his staff are friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. Both of our dogs have been well looked after for everything from food, vaccinations, surgery and diagnosing my elderly boys thyroid condition. So thankful to have such a great Vet Service here in Bowen!
