Natalie at the window1 was very kind and carried things out quickly and accurately. It took me less than 20 minutes to transfer the name of the vehicle and get my driver's license issued. Thank you for a pleasant start to the day, Natalie:)

Slight waiting time but on point and absolutely delightful service. Me and my wife went here for Photo ID, the process was straightforward, you take a token, fill up relevant documents, keep relevant proofs ready and wait to be called.

We were served by Darren who was extremely quick while being funny and made us comfortable going through the process. Waiting for 40+ mins was slightly frustrating but conversing with Darren just lit up our mood and put a bright smile. Wonderful guy, wonderful service and this chance meeting will last forever in our hearts.

Went there to get my learner's license earlier this week. I arrived around 1:30pm, so not many people there. Waiting time was around 15 minutes.
The lady who helped me was very sweet & patient, efficient but not rushed. During the process, a woman came in who kept pacing around & talking to herself. The lady who assisted me made me feel comfortable & safe in that situation. Even as that happened, she took only 10-15 minutes to settle my license. She also congratulated me for getting the license.
I've always been a bit wary when it comes to government service centres in a foreign country, but the lady showed me otherwise. Bless her heart :)

The lady who renewed my driver's licence was the friendliest person I have ever met who worked for the state government. The security guard at the Charlotte St lobby was also very helpful when I initially couldn't find the right place. If only all bureaucracy was so easy to deal with!

Had a very good experience at this office recently. Did not have to wait long, spoke with Kirby, charming young woman who appeared to be “go to” person for the other staff with queries. Relayed on to Leonora for my permit. Lovely person and knowledgeable, man problem was solved.
A refreshing experience in. Government office, private industry could learn a lot from this department.

Yesterday (Monday, 7th Feb), I had the privilege of being assisted by Peter at Counter 4 when I needed to change my interstate licence to a QLD one. A gentleman of the old school. A credit to this government department. They are very fortunate to have him.

Short (15 mins or so) wait time on a Friday afternoon. The office was easy to find with plenty of signage around the building. There was also plenty of seating in the waiting areas and it was clean. The staff member I had was very helpful and efficient.

Had learner’s license CRN and the registration of my Indian license for transfer.

I have disability's but it was no problem.

The man was very helpful and made it real easy for me to get a new Proof of age card.

The queue wasn't very long and it did not take much time for me to apply for the license.. staff was very friendly and were patient enough to respond to all my queries... taking the written test felt like a breeze..
