They were absolute legends! Because of an error on my side, we almost had to cancel our trip. But thanks to the amazing people at the german consulate Brisbane everything worked out perfectly!!! Passports arrived with days to spare before departure. Thanks SO MUCH.

Although it can be challenging to get an appointment through the site, Claudia has been incredibly helpful and assisted me in securing an appointment to renew my passport and processed my request quickly. The waiting time for the passport to arrive did not take long, despite the holiday season. Vielen dank, Claudia!

I just wanted to say a “ BIG THANK YOU TO CLAUDIA “…for being so professional & helpful in getting my passport ready. She is super friendly & organised in the work she does. The German Konsulat is very lucky to have her.I left my driver’s license behind on monday & it got posted straight away..back to me…I have dealt with Claudia previous & she is always consist in her work. The only downside is … that it took me over a year to get an appointment due to the appointment system… you can only book 4 weeks in advance online what is a shame & the 3 hours office opening time…was to limited …after covid… as a lot of people’s passport have expired.

Despite the fact that the office is small, you can tell that the staff really care about their clients and always go above and beyond!

Great service!! Very flexible and stayed back to get out 4 passports done - so we did not have to come back. Very friendly - when you are friendly. But it is not a helpline but a consulate and rules and policies are not a the discretion of the staff but it is a given - so don't blame them if you forgot half your docs - and even then they are helpful if you ask kindly :-) helped where ever they could, to get the job done! Would come back any day if I need something.

I had a very good experience with Claudia and the info i got where on the spot. She even could speed up the process and gave me extra Info for my family.
And Claudia was very quick, multitasking and very friendly.

I have lived in Australia for 23 years and the first clouple of years it was horrific to deal with the German Consulate. But that has changed now! A staff change has made a massive difference. I feel like the consulate is now my ally, not my enemy. Thank you Claudia, you made a massive difference and I now enjoy dealing with the German Consulate thanks to your friendliness, your responsiveness and your general caring attitude to us Gemans living in Australia.

Very friendly and accommodating when I didn't have all the documents on me to renew my passport. Gave me extra time to get it sorted so I wouldn't have to reschedule.
