I like to look around in Myer Joondalup. It's close to my TAFE. Some day I look around to find a sweatshirt for winter season. I found so many thinks on special price. Lucky me, if I have so much money, I will buy all the staff on special price 🫠. Myer has so many kind of brand. It's makes me happy, event just for look around.

This morning I had the most enjoyable experience being served at the Chanel counter by a lovely young lady named Summer 🌞💓
She was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and made my entire experience a lot of fun!
I've often experienced somewhat snobby consultants at the Chanel counter, but today was amazing!
Thank you Summer for your lovely service and I shall visit again soon!

I recently visited the lingerie and sleepwear section in the search of some shape wear to be worn under a dress, the service that I received from Kimberly and AJ was outstanding, they built a great rapport with me, establishing my needs and wants. These ladies are amazing at their jobs. Well done ladies I will be certainly recommending you.

Excellent service as usual, great choice of clothes. And friendly staff manning the registers which is a welcome change from self service checkouts that I do not wish to use. Myer is always a nice shopping experience.

Was looking for a pair of shorts for my son today, and a lovely lady called Rachel helped me find what I needed . She spent time with me and gave me wonderful customer service showing me which brands to possibly buy and took me there to these brands. It saved me a lot of time, and I was so thankful she gave me this service. Thank you, Rachel Myer is lucky to have you.

Love this place ❤ much smaller than the city but the customer service of the first floor fragrance and cosmetics, staff are absolutely amazing, second to none.
Lisa, Christina, Sam, and others at fragrances on the first floor that makes me and my client that is on wheelchair feel so welcome and, provide an excellent service and care it is exceptional.
Even cosmetics, lancome and Estee lauder they are all amazing.

I bought a Robert Gordon vase and Maxwell and Williams oil bottle and was very impressed with the customer service. This is the second time I have visited and so far the service is impecable. Compared to other Myer branches, this is the one branch I recommend for everyone to visit.

Went to Myer with my mum to buy a suit and Kim at the Politix section gave 10/10 service (she addressed all our concerns, extremely patient, warm and went out of her way to accommodate us). Her service was soo good we ended up buying two suits!

My friend and I went into Myer to buy our friend a nice perfume. The lady that served us, Lisa, was so lovely and helpful. She took the time to wrap the gift beautifully and even give us samples. She also wasn’t bothered by us doing a split payment and then took further time to help me figure out what email I had with them to make sure I wasn’t missing out on anything. She really made our day with the positive attitude she had and how sweet she was.

Haven't been in a dept store in years, usually because I hate shopping. Maybe it's because I am older but found it full of great house stuff and wondered why not been there will go again in future

I was at this store today, looking to purchase an American Tourister luggage. This young working in Politik assisted me not only pointing to where the travel goods were & also directed me to the payout counter & identified the older staff member who could assist me with my query.
After an inhospitable experience from Strand bags, the service I received from the young man & the older gentleman at the payout counter was absolutely appreciated. Well done Myer.

Didn’t receive any Myer One survey so I had to leave a compliment here. Lady named Zehra from homeware department is a superstar. She has been extremely helpful when I needed help in locating some diner ware. She ran to back of the house like three times just to check the stocks for me which was the best service I’ve ever received from Myer. She paper wrapped every single one of my porcelain purchases nicely and put them in my trolley for me. It was more than 20 pieces! I’m very delighted with the whole experience and I believe she’s definitely a true asset to your store.

Scott in the men's department was one of the best salesmen we have ever encountered! He was Super friendly and made the usualally boring shop of trying on the shoes and matching outfits an absolute delight with many, many laughs along the way.

Five stars go out to Fiona in menswear. Went in today with no idea, she listened attentively and went above and beyond providing us with fantastic service.
