Dealing with car repairs is definitely not something I was looking forward to. I had the most suprisingly easy car fix up experience with Apex. The guys were really quick and professional through the whole process from assessment to drop off and pick up.

I am extremely happy with the repairs they have done which were even finished 2 days before promised. They have gone above and beyond and cleaned and vacuumed the entire car. Very happy with the service I received.

Six months later since your team restored my Mustang, it's still running like the day I bought it. Zero issues and it's legs have been stretched more times than I can count! Thank you :)

Having to deal with anything insurance related is never a pleasure however, Gary from Apex Auto made the process from their end as easy as it could possibly be, going above and beyond 110% of the time to ensure that I was inconvenienced as little as physically possible throughout the entire process, from the very start, all the way through to even after their duty of care had officially ended. Another happy customer from this quality assured repair shop. Everyone got their own different experiences. But I would like to share my own.

Some weeks ago, I googled for a repair shop that has higher ratings and more good feed backs from previous customers - it was my first time to send car for repair so I didn't know of anything. I found Apex Smash Repair in Milton, Brisbane area which is a bit far from where I live and work (Ipswich area). I didn't mind the distance as long as I know that I can trust them.

So I booked my car for the repair of the front bumper. They've replaced the whole bumper to a new one which made me happy. When I took my car, it turned out that the colour of my bumper was slightly different from the original which you couldn't even notice if you are an average person. Explanation: It was dark and stormy weather the whole week when they carried out the work which made it very hard for the painter to match colours even with the help of the computerised colour selection.

The quality assurance manager was a bit "perfectionist". His satisfaction level is along with the customer. So, he advised me to return the car for retouch which I didn't really mind (Note: I did not insist. It was the manager himself decided for a retouch). I dropped the car again the following week for retouch. It was a perfect and sunny weather. I then picked it up the following day. My car was shining along with the weather. Not only that they've match the colour perfectly but also they've washed and cleaned my car.

I was able to talk to a few guys from the work shop and they were all very friendly and very accommodating. I couldn't be happier the way they do their jobs. Allow me to give thanks/credit to these guys: Barney, Ben, Dennis, Jeff, John and Garry. The professional people who, in my knowledge, got involved with the repair.

I am super impressed with Apex, they have been so helpful and been really informative to someone who doesn't know cars very well. Definitely feel like they are value for money and genuine which is important! Car was serviced and they helped me with a few other issues. Great to deal with and professional. Highly recommend!

These guys are pretty awesome. Love their work always and honesty in gauging the condition of a car!! I have recommended them to all my friends in Brisbane and every one of them gave me the same feedback. I won’t look away from them for any car repairs and services while am in Brisbane!! Despite often changing insurers (they ALL jack up your premiums after that cheaper first year, so keep shopping around), we have used APEX as a preferred repairer on several occasions through those various insurers.

They know their stuff, they're close to Milton Train Station/Park Rd./Suncorp Stadium and you could even walk from there to Rosalie in 10 mins or so.

My insurer referred me to Apex after a collision. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience, and my vehicle was returned looking brand new. The additional bumper repair I requested was also excellent, and the price charged very fair. Overall I was very satisfied dealing with Apex.

Can not recommend these guys enough! I too was recommended to go there by another customer who has been using Apex for 20 years.

I took my car to them with steering wobble problems that were meant to be have fixed by another ‘specialist’. They sorted the problem out and also found another problem (after a suspension upgrade) that would have rubbed a hole in my fuel tank quickly if not sorted out, which they did.

I dealt with Rob and found him awesome as were the girls behind the counter.

Took my BT50 there for insurance repairs, staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Job was completed well above what I was expecting. There was an issue with some damage to my tinting from overspray. Staff took my car back at earliest convenience to myself, provided me with a courtesy car and replaced the tint.
Could not recommend more highly. Excellent service, excellent job, excellent resolution to issues.

Impressed with both the attention to detail and willingness to accommodate. Mine was an insurance repair job on an older model car which they went above and beyond to source appropriate parts for. They take pride in their work and have been more than happy to follow up on my queries. Top job. Thanks Ben!

the damage that I thought would take weeks only took a week so they were quick and they were proffesional wouldn't even know it had damage.

when I came to pick up the car she looked clean and looked after.

Dave and the guys at Apex have done many jobs for me. There is a 2 week turnaround for me usually but considering how busy they are we figure that's pretty good! The prep work is top notch and never seen a problem with the paint yet. Thanks guys!

I had a body problem with my Toyota. I had taken it to several businesses and received a quote but with no explanation and an outrageously expensive quote and then some quotes which wouldn't have done the job I needed to get done. In despair I checked my RACQ magazine and chose Apex because they were RACQ recommended. I received excellent and clear information on the phone and then took the car in for a quote. The person who looked after me came out to the car with me and showed me what needed to be done and explained why it would be the cost it was. I felt very relieved as I hadn't understood until then what needed to be done and why the cost was (for me) so expensive. Took the car in, job was done efficiently and quickly and all problems repaired. I was very impressed particularly with the gentleman who dealt with me as he was patient, kind and clear. This developed trust and I will go back.

I'm a car detailer by trade with a fine eye for detail. I only use and recommend Apex Auto to do my personal car repairs. I will use and recommend Apex for all my future panel repairs and painting needs. They are honest, reliable and most importantly do great work. Highly Recommend!
