I rang to arrange some embroidery to two shirts, plus send them back to me, when finished via auspost. Great friendly and helpful and professional service. A pleasure to get help with problems, not excuses.

They are not on time when opening in the morning

Very disappointed and will not be using their services again. My partner brought me a Peter Alexander Pj set which mind you is valued at $119 and wanted to have my name on it. I was very clear with what I wanted done and even showed the lady an example of what I wanted it to look like. When my partner goes to pick it up, it had been embroidered on the wrong side as the lady who embroidered it said "there was no indication on the piece of paper which side it should be on". And because of the material of the Pjs, the mistake couldn't be unpicked without ruining them. Now common sense I would've thought, is to 1. Could have just left it until I was due to come in and collect it, because you weren't sure which side it should be on. I would have been more than happy to wait, if I knew it will be done correctly. Or 2. Why put my name above a pocket when there is a clear space on the right hand side. Anyways yes I give them credit for the correct spelling and font. The embroidery still looks nice but I am still very disappointed with them getting it wrong after how clear I was with how I wanted it done.
