Tarocash Townsville

I like this store. The staff are friendly and like banter with clients. The range if clothes is good - I saw clothes up to 5-6XL which is rare these days. Would like to see maybe 10% cheaper in general when compared with brands that Myer and other specialties stock, but you get what you pay for. This store is welcoming.

The customer service from the two ladies working was 10/10! They greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and were both super helpful when it came to helping us find what we needed. They both have great advice and we were extremely happy when we left the store. Would highly recommend shopping here!

I normally hate shopping for formal wear or suits but I went into Tarocash in stocklands Townsville and the two young ladies that served me were super polite incredibly knowledgeable and really took the burden out of shopping for suits. Not only did they help recommend different suits based off of different events and styles but they were able to teach me so I can do this again in the future! They sized me up perfectly and offered to have the suit tailored for me aswell which was super convenient. Overall an amazing shopping experience and will definitely recommend them and continue to shop there in the future.

Took my grandson to be fitted out for formal. Friendly helpful young girl could not do enough to help us such a change to see someone with a smile

We just had a great experience with “Jayde” who knew sizing and styles, nothing was too much for her and we ended up buying extra items.
This store has it all & Jayde was super friendly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Black Friday sales drastically helped the prices, however the staff were willing to help me after leaving and entire ensemble to the afternoon of an event.

Wide range of menswear available with helpful staff, change rooms and normally a sale or two on.

Tarocash provides a good click and collect service, and the staff i get on collection are always very friendly.

Went in to buy pants 26/02/23. Two girls standing at front counter said hello to me on entry. No other customers in the shop. I asked can I try on a pair of pants and proceeded to change room. Pants didn't fit so I walked past to get another pair. Did that twice and still no service. Walked away and went to Connor and received great customer service from the girl there even though the shop was very busy.
