Rong’s Massage

I had a massage recently, and it was really nice. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The place is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere.

My massage therapist did a great job. She listened to what I needed and focused on the areas that were bothering me. The pressure was just right, and I felt a lot better afterward.Also I DIDNT REALISE U CAN USE INSURANCE CARD TO CLAIM! THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND SHE IS THE ONE WHO LET ME KNOW!

Overall, it was a good experience, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a good massage, give Rong’s a try.

Have been going here a while. Brenda is my choice and she is amazing. What I like about this place is unlike other massage places in large shopping centres, this one has a door that blocks out the mall noise from the massage rooms. Recommended

I have been a regular customer here typically for the $25 neck and shoulder massage to relieve stress and alleviate the posture related back pain I suffered from back to back office life and student life. I have had massage elsewhere but I'm yet to find somewhere that competes with the service here.
They get straight to the point and do an incredible job of targeting pain and/or a offering relaxing experience.
Highly recommended.

Best massage I’ve ever had!!
I’m not normally one for massages but I’m so glad I booked for the 90 minute full body massage and reflexology. I’ll defiantly be back and making this apart of my routine!!

My partner and I have visited Rongs massage for the last 4 years and what is the best thing is the massage therapists don't change. I'll continue to support this business because they are very good at what they do!

Edit: Recent massages have been average at best. Staff member at the front (approx 30 year old guy) has the personality of a burnt crumpet.

Decent massage, always ask for an experienced staff member for the best massage.

I used to always go to Rong's but the customer service now is terrible. My health fund card does not work there, yet it works elsewhere. So, I have to pay in full and redeem. Last time I did that, though, I paid before the massage, then asked for the receipt after the massage and he said it wasn't possible because other people had paid since, and so I couldn't claim the massage at all! I just went in again, only because someone bought me a $50 voucher. It was 13 months after issue, and they wouldn't let me use it. I will never go back.

I just has a massage here. It was sooooo rough. Even when I asked multiple times for a lighter pressure, that lasted for a very short time. All I was after was a relaxing massage and I'm leaving way more sore than when I arrived. The staff were friendly but seriously lacking massage skills. Even when I said it was very rough upon leaving it was shrugged off as they just wanted me to pay. Not a good experience. Sorry but I won't be back.

Very disappointing. I came in said my shoulder is sore and neck, they did a relaxation massage and charged me $115. I only got back, neck and shoulders done, was the worst massage ever. I told them I was disappointed and asked if I can go back in and get my shoulder redone, he wanted to charge me more. Very pissed off. This one is at joondalup

Rong’s are WRONG!
Massage was average.
Front reception was terrible and rude.
My Health fund cards or eftpos ‘wouldn’t work’. They tried telling me it was my fault though clearly it wasn’t. Finally able to pay and they refused to write me a receipt so I could claim it. Clearly not registered for health fund claims even though they state to be. Absolutely avoid.
