Aidan and an older gentleman were very helpful when helping us with our new couch. They even helped us put it in the car. It was honestly the best service I’ve ever had. It smelt great with candles and nice jazz music. Out of all the stores we went to that day they actually greeted us and let us look around without completely ignoring us or jumping down our throats.

We spent the entire day looking for furniture for our new home, looking at various furniture stores, so we weren’t expecting much when we arrived. But we were greeted with the best service in Townsville so far! The lovely ladies were very caring and understanding. We walked away with great bargains and scores for our new home! We love the store and the team that serves there! Thank you for the great service and experience!!!

I had something very specific in mind so I have searched high and low. (It’s not easy to find a rich chocolate fabric these days!) The 3 seater lounge is stunning. Not a fan of the bonus cushions but otherwise gorgeous detail. Staff member was lovely, very efficient, and delivery promised in 7 days! I’m thrilled I finally found exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Fabulous experience dealing with Emma at the Townsville store. She was informative, knowledgeable, friendly, interested and understanding. I will be buying my other pieces from her too. Love the furniture absolutely love the service. 10 out of 10

Happy , friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Went above and beyond offering great styling advice to ensure we selected products that suited our needs perfectly.
Nothing was too much trouble and they didnt pressure us or rush in any way . Made us feel valued as customers. Indeed the 2 ladies made us feel "special ".

Aiden was fantastic. Top notch service, no pushy sales, genuinely good experience in store. Dealt very well with my indecisiveness. Won’t hesitate in coming back purely based on this experience and have told anyone who would listen about the store.

Always greeted with a smile and then given space to browse without any pressure. Today I purchased a mat very happy with my purchase! Thanks Ann for helping me to the car with it and with giving me a great deal on it.

I would to start off with saying this was the best shopping experience we have had in a long time, didn't feel pressured to by anything but we got a great deal I just could not say no too.. had to have it will definitely be a lifetime customer.

Also we went to a bunch stores and the quality for price just didn't match up to Ashley's thankyou for making our house a home.

The home decorating shop is warm and welcoming to enter and relax in. Staff are friendly and have fun to help with designs and budget.
