After the debacle of trying to buy a TV at Betta I bought the same TV at Harvey's which by comparison was an absolute pleasure, Price on website was the price in store, no nasty surprises, customer service was excellent, TV delivered next day, they brought it in and took away the old. A case study in good service.

We went to our local Harvey Norman today to get some home accessories. Both our sale assistances were fantastic. We were extremely impressed with a young girl Mikayla who sold us a LG Stock Vacuum / Mop. She knew so much about it and how it works. Great to see such enthusiasm in young staff members. Great job team!
